I've recently been to see Rob Lamberti and omg I had the best night ever. He is amazing. I can't get over how good he is!
I can't wait to see him again but won't be until just before Christmas now. He's at our usual venue in August but it's a whole day of impersonators and I don't want to pay for the whole day.

How very Dare you lol 😂 Nah Andy is very much heterosexual
There’s a Interview with Peter Tatchell ( Gay Rights and ran for councillor in the 80s)
He said he met George in a little gay club by Manor House station before Wham! George was confused and thought he was Bisexual for a long time understandably, with his Fathers traditional Greek Cypriot parenting and then being thrown into the spotlight and 80s Beatlemania ( myself included Thirsty Teenagers) not surprising he wrestled with his sexuality
Andy was a Ladies man to the edge of being a player, the Love 💕 is Platonic but a friendship forged at a early age, George was Friends with David Austin since they were Toddlers again Platonic
Okay that was a feeling I had. Honestly I ship them a lot and tried to find evidence of it but found nothing so far

I'm going to Highgate cemetery tomorrow to pay my respects. I hope I can find him. There's thousands of graves 😞
Find a Grave says that his mother Lesley and sister Melanie are located at Section 52095 - square 35, which is also where he is. This is in the western part of the cemetery. The latitude and longitude are 51°34'02.6"N 0°08'55.5"W.

I hope this can help! :)

Loved watching the documentary last night. George and his sense of humour was hilarious. Andrew didn't come across well I thought 🤔 Glimpse of George's bum too 🫠🤭

These horrific things. If I remember correctly, there was uproar at how bad they were and the shocking price.
Imagine looking through all the archival materials available and choosing that one. The one that makes him look mid back spasm and in heaps of pain and agony. Jesus wept.

I saw Fast Love in the Indigo at the O2 in London and plenty of people were dancing but that might be venue dependant. Must look up Rob Lamberti near me and see for myself.

Finally finished the biography of George yesterday and just sat for about five minutes sobbing. I also didn't realise how unpopular Goss was amongst George's older and longstanding friends. The less said about the last guy, the better.

Even as a fan at the time, so much was hidden publicly and it feels deeply unjust he's gone. However, I will still think that, whether that's tomorrow or when I'm 95.
I'm a quick reader, but I had to take the book slowly, it definitely played on my head - as much as I'm glad to have read it, it came with sadness didn't it 🙁. Yes, Kenny didn't come out well, or Fadi. How different life may have been for him if he hadn't lost Anselmo 😢☹. Terrible.

@shellie thankyou for posting the video links of the air bnb. I am very tempted even with the ridiculous cost. The reviews are great and most people that have stayed are George fans.

I noticed there was a film on about George Michael tomorrow night at 11 pm on Channel 4 (UK).
Anyone seen it? It's from 2023.

Finally watched the doc. Absolutely loved it (although was baffled by the utterly pointless addition of Sam Sam). Seeing all the video cast together without George was so poignant.
It’s still annoying me 🤣 Why them!? So many other people in the world but Sam??? I see they might have pulled them up based on the fact Sam was one of the last people George tagged on Twitter. That’s all I can think of. I think they could have filled their pointless chat with a bit more about how the single supported charities (and apparently, it still does!)

I suppose I didn’t realise how good pals they were before I watched the documentary. Andrew encouraging him to spread his wings as Wham! would never be enough for him. Didn’t George make sure that Andrew was credited somewhere on a song he didn’t write so he still gets royalties? I think maybe have been something like Last Xmas or Careless Whisper.
Do u think they fell in love? Idk i found they had a lot of love for each other to the point where..

Rob Lamberti has just announced he will no longer be performing as George once he has completed all the currently booked shows, ending January 2026.
