I've finished Andrew's book "George and Me" and the archival materials, including photos and Wham gig tickets, were a bit of fun. But I don't actually feel like it's shared anything new or groundbreaking.

That said, the love for George jumps off each page and if it's hard for the fans, I can't imagine how awful it is for those close to him.

I do wish they would release Wham The Final. Been waiting 38 years and would love to see it.
Same here and I tried so hard to get tickets but didn’t ☹☹
I heard it’s something to do with the quality of the video and the same with the Wham in China,
One day hopefully it can be restored 🤞🤞

Shouldn't spend so much time on theatre websites.
2 tickets to The Fast Love Show for July 2025 fell in my basket 🙄

The problem with the coin.. I was staring at it trying to see where it goes wrong...
his nose is wider/rounder at the end in reality, they could have added more definition to the dots that make the top edge of his beard to show his face shape and the glasses position combined with the angle of the face hides his eyebrows which were full but a defined shape.

so it looks like some well meaning impersonator who has a narrower face shape, more feminine features but got the hair perfect or something!

Oh, I forgot to post this 🤦🏼‍♀️

I thoroughly enjoyed FastLove last night. The main fella is a good showman and his backup band are very strong. Would happily see them again but not on a Friday night after work whilst sober. It was a very mega huns audience, not a bad thing, just wasn't in the right frame of mind for it.

@TheStrawberryThief I think his discretion at the time of the Freddie Mercury tribute was one of the most heartbreaking things to hear about, never mind live through 😔
We must have been lucky when we saw it because it seemed to be mainly couples and small groups, no mega huns 🤣
My friend and I are off to see Rob Lamberti on Wednesday 6th December, ready for Last Christmas 😁

I have been to see Rob Lamberti recently.
I had never heard of him, until this thread last year, so booked up tickets....

He was amazing!!!

It is uncanny quite how much he looks and sounds like George.

I really enjoyed it, and would highly recommend.

Thank you so much to the person who recommended!
I saw Rob in Blackpool last year he was amazing, He is touring again this year, the is on in my hometown.

I saw Fast Love in the Indigo at the O2 in London and plenty of people were dancing but that might be venue dependant. Must look up Rob Lamberti near me and see for myself.

Finally finished the biography of George yesterday and just sat for about five minutes sobbing. I also didn't realise how unpopular Goss was amongst George's older and longstanding friends. The less said about the last guy, the better.

Even as a fan at the time, so much was hidden publicly and it feels deeply unjust he's gone. However, I will still think that, whether that's tomorrow or when I'm 95.
It was The Mayflower in Southampton and one usher was so rude. There were about 30 people up dancing in our section and all were told to sit down despite not blocking anyone's view.
