This is an article that was in The Independent yesterday talking about American trans people fleeing USA and seeking asylum because of Trump:

It looks at four cases were asylum is being sought in The Netherlands and Canada. The first case is insane as it involves a group of people (five adults and four children) who are in a 'polyamorous blended' family. It's a nuts set-up and good luck to the Dutch for accommodating their craziness.
I feel sorry for the 19 year old TiM who apparently started transitioning ages 10 and had a puberty blocker implanted when he was still a minor. He can no longer access the hormones that he's stuck needing for the rest of his life. Although, when I say I feel sorry for him, I mean that I blame his parents for his current predicament. They allowed a 10 year old to socially transition, then to have puberty blockers, again whilst still a minor, and then kicked him out of home when he was 18. Shocking behaviour and abdication of responsibility from his parents.
The last case just made me angry. This man has been a trans athlete stealing opportunities from women. He says that he feels personally targeted by Trump's orders on sport and clearly has no recognition or understanding that his presence in women's sport is fundamentally unfair. He talks about being scared to use women's changing room and says, with no hint of irony, that his 6ft 3in height makes him vulnerable as he cannot blend in with 'cis people'.
No mate, your height doesn't stop you blending in with women: it's the fact that you are a man that stops you blending in with women. And as for your 'vulnerability'; what about the vulnerability of all those women whose single-sex spaces you have violated with all of your 6ft 3in maleness and body? Not to mention the opportunities that you have stolen from women because of your unfair participation in their sports.
Reading these stories just reinforces how wrong it is for society to indulge these delusions to the detriment of not only the individuals, but also, more importantly, to the people - mainly women - whose rights are impinged by pretending that said delusions are the reality.

well I’ve known multiple women who’ve been over 6ft and at least three who have been 6ft 3 or over and not a single one of those women were not recognisable as women.
