Her new party (such as it is) will never reconcile the trans vote and the Muslim vote, and shows that she's incapable of measuring the political mood in this country.

Her and her ilk have paved the way for the rise of right wing populism with this bull and they'll be the last to realise it.
And they'll NEVER admit to their mistakes......

I wanted to listen to an episode of You're Dead To Me (history podcast) just now, it's about Viking women which is a special interest of mine as my husband is Norwegian and really loves his heritage.
The comedian on this episode is called Chloe Petts and she was introduced with they/them pronouns. 🤢 The other guest is a female historian of Scandinavian culture.
Maybe I'm just in a bad mood but why is a they/them on a podcast about women? I had to turn it off because she sounded like an airhead.

I was reading Zarah Sultana’s X earlier in relation to the Your Party fiasco and was reminded of just what an awful person she is

It's deliciously ironic that a woman who doesn't know what a woman is and staunchly centres men's feelings over women's rights, is now complaining about being ostracized by a 'sexist old boy's club'.😀

Who knew Don Lemon was so dim - and so sexist and so careless of women and their safety?

Or, indeed, any woman.

On a different note- just looking on The Other Site - Naomia Campbell is appearing in an employment tribunal in Edinburgh 30th Sept - 3d Oct.

The claimant would like awareness raised and is asking people to request that it is a publicly observable hearing.

Apologies if it is inappropriate to post this here but I thought it might be of interest. You can look the relevant details up if you wish to support it.
@TheMiceInTheShed - I know you mean Naomi Cunningham but I'd have loved to see Ms Campbell in action in an ET😂

My first thought was what has Naomi thrown at an assistant now. She should be dragged through an employment tribunal.

Earlier this year, my youngest child had to have an X- Ray, she has had them since birth to monitor her lung growth and spinal curvature. This year was the first time that my husband, a 6 foot bearded, broad shouldered, unmistakable man, was asked by a male radiologist if he was ever a woman at any time in his life. We were both so confused at first. He laughed it off and said no and pointed to his beard. I asked the female radiologist what the relevance was in the question and she stated that he might be pregnant. She gave me a bit of a judging look at the time. My question slipped out before I could think, but in hindsight, I'm glad I said something because it was utterly ludicrous. Note, they did not ask me, the actual woman who birthed the child, if I was pregnant and we were both there to restrain our daughter (unfortunately she does not react well to medical procedures) and we both had to wear the aprons. I look like a woman too and 1000 times better looking than Himdia and his pals but I'm also an average looking woman. Nothing special but definitely female. So I'm not surprised by this but I am angry.
I don't blame you for being angry. And well done you for asking the question. That's absolutely crazy stuff.
I'd love to know how someone is clever enough to qualify as a radiologist yet too stupid to differentiate between a man and a woman. But as we know apparently doctors and vets struggle with this terrible conundrum too. 🙄

So, in their eyes there's apparently every possibility that a bloke could be pregnant, cos he was maybe once a woman. But they could be equally sure, without asking, that an actual woman wasn't pregnant.

My head is spinning even typing that. 😡

Not a fan of Piers Morgan but I have to hand it to him when it comes to the likes of this. He just will not let go until whoever he is interviewing has made a proper a of themselves. It's great to see.

Women can never be privileged, unless it’s within their own sex of course. We are inherently disadvantaged by being smaller, physically not as strong and having to endure reproductive labour. That’s before you add in the gender tit such as having to do the majority of child rearing (making it far more difficult to earn a living), looking after everyone, expectations on appearance and all the rest of it. Some women are so stupid, they think they have power over men just because they illicit a desire in them so have some sense of control but it’s balls.

Public Service Announcement - I don't know if people know about this service but if you want to keep an eye on your property or that of an elderly relative for example in this age of fraud then this might be useful to you and to spread around;

Sorry to give the DM this breaks my heart. This poor girl was used, abused and let down by everyone around her. It's bliddy shameful!. 33 and so mentally tortured that she took her own life in this brutal way. RIP Charlotte. Maybe your voice will be heard now - when it's too late.

Was there ever a time when she was not failed by the authorities and social and health service? My heart breaks for her and her loved ones. May she rest in peace.
Rochdale should never be allowed to happen again but it is, all over the UK, all over again. The men who commit these acts are like a disease, there has never been a government with the balls to cut this disease out and we women are expected to just to put up with it.

This is what happens when you let the HR dept run an organisation.
In my experience it's the opposite, it's what happens when staff networks are allowed to run the organisation. Groups made up of staff who set up these networks voluntarily, it's not part of their day job or what they were employed to do, yet their opinions and own personal agendas are allowed to over rule HR and set organisational policies, even if these policies are illegal in terms of how they implement the Equality Act. They somehow hold a lot of power, well at least where I work.

" It will be difficult to prove the precise level of influence that LGBTQ+ networks had over senior officials in government, and over clinicians within the NHS, during the controversy over “gender affirming care” (hormone blockers and the removal of health body parts) during the decade while that debate was in contention in the UK. "

Oh interesting, this backs me up my other post about staff networks! Nice to know I'm not going (completely) mad!

That's probably why nothing has gone down at my work. None of this staff having opinions marlakey.:ROFLMAO:

Thanks for all of the free gardening for years but now you can go home and stay there you dinosaurs 👋
Idk if this about them/theys/t's but it's the same for every ideology and obviously the National Trust has sadly been infiltrated and is now destined to die a slow death like every other infected institution.
Nothing you say or do will ever be enough for them. It's all a game that you can never win. It will never be enough even if you snip in a badly cut inch long fringe with a pair of kitchen scissors and dye it blue and start wearing dungarees and Birkenstocks. You must be fresh out of university and be named after a garden herb and extra points for a double barrel surname. Just don't be white, old and straight.
