They really do have breaks often, every hour and an hour for lunch, so if you're in there all day there'll be 5 or 6 breaks

I can't reconcile the claim about bacon with the messages we have seen Sandie sent to Lindsay. That's bigoted frothy-mouthed behaviour, and I can't understand how it would come from someone so mild-mannered and eloquent as Sandie was in those messages. Am I naive? Genuine question here.
I don't see how whether she's racist or not has anything to do with a bloke in the changing room. You can object to a man in the changing room whether you're racist or not racist. It seems to be irrelevant to the complaint.
And we're on another break because they can't get their paperwork straight. Absolutely hopeless.
Any imposter syndrome I have about my own competence at work goes out of the window when I see how disorganised people earning 3x my salary are.
I guess if they can ‘prove’ she’s racist, they can paint her as an all-round bigot and it will give credence to the claims she is ‘transphobic’.

I keep coming back to the same question. Why was a doctor changing in the nurses changing room? It seems to have been established that doctors & nurses routinely have separate facilities, so why would Dr Perv be using the nurses room anyway?

Good point... They're trying to paint her as an unpleasant specimen but ultimately even if she is SHE STILL HAS THE RIGHT TO A SINGLE SEX SPACE and also the right to be treated fairly and with respect.
I was a witness in a tribunal and got complimented by the judge for being entirely fair to the person involved even though they were horrible to me. I didn't lie, praised them where praise was due and denied claims that weren't true. That's the best and only way to win IMO: honesty. If you don't have that you have nothing.

Its almost like they're trying to make it seem like single sex spaces are some kind of reward for good behaviour but also in order to be fullly deemed to have behaved well you also have to not insist on a single sex space.
