‘yeet the teet’
This is the most disgusting and egregious phrase that I have ever heard. That woman is vile and should be in prison. How can anybody think it's ok to use this language to refer to an unnecessary mastectomy?
I hope I live to see the day her, Weberley and all the others who have profited from surgeries on vulnerable young people get their comeuppance. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror if that's how I earned my living. bleeping vile.

I'm of the opinion that the reason British Cycling banned transgender cyclists was suddenly someone in authority realised that if Dame Laura Kenny was beaten by a MTF contestant, all hell would break loose!!!

However I think Emily Bridges is too sensible for that. They would holdback against Laura, but would be flat out against less well known competitors.

I think if it hadn't been for the Supreme Court ruling, they'd be eyeing up their own case against British cycling. They were on itv straight after the ruling to complain about it.
When you say ‘they’ do you mean “Emily” and others? who are the others?

Sorry, I'm just going to add my bit about menopause and HRT...
I feel like this kind of chat is still in keeping with the theme of thread, which is: women always have been, and still are, getting ducked over by men.
I started getting really bad night sweats about a year ago. We're talking, literally changing PJs 3 or 4 times a night and sleeping on towels because I was constantly waking up DRENCHED (and freezing). 😳
I have a family history of breast cancer (mum) and was told that the progesterone topical gel (which was recc'd by my GP), could increase my risk further, but since I also suffer from insomnia and depression, even before peri- and menopause, I was prepared to take the risk. I need whatever sleep I can get!
Within days (nights), the sweats stopped completely! 🎉
At my next review I told my GP I was absolutely going to continue using it because although it may increase my risk of breast cancer by X% it has already demonstrated a 100% chance of stopping my night sweats, so although I'm definitely not making light of breast cancer, it was a no-brainer for me.
Putting the damn cold gel on every night kind of sucks though and I always think if this was aimed at men, there'd have been extensive research and money thrown at it (decades ago) and it would be a nice little pill or something 😒
Apologies for the slight wander off topic.

ETA- duck Tom Daly, duck Graham Norton, and duck all the men who refuse to believe that peri- and menopause "is no big deal"
Sage tea every night from a plant on the kitchen windowsill sorted the sweating out for me.

Absolutely agree.

I am quite happy to say - I hate that evil ghoul and I hate that bleeping witch lopping off healthy breasts. Hate them. Wouldn’t piss on them if they were on fire. I mean that literally.
God, I used to be such a softie. A real bleeding heart. But Jesus how I’ve toughened up. I can’t wait til people like that are in prison, where - if there are still men in women’s prisons - I fervently hope they are buggered senseless all day every day by the sort of tr@nny they have such affection for.

That's pretty much what Peri is, reverse puberty.
@Brian Butterfield If your GP tries to give you anti depressants refuse (unless you do have a history of depression)
Personally I'm not on HRT because I do clinical trials and they often don't allow HRT, however they are finding it increasingly difficult to draw blood from me so it looks like my side hustle is coming to an end. If so I'm definitely going on HRT because
I am having terrible trouble with my bowels (not cancer) apparently there are estrogen receptors all through our intestines so menopause affects our digestion and on top of that your sphincter muscle loosens)
that explains period poos! 🤢

AB Hernandez, the cheating teenage male athlete (I refuse to write 'transgender') currently performing in the Californian athletics competion in the GIRL'S events. Note his broad shoulders, muscles, solid neck and not least...his clown make-up.

The Sainsbury centre in Norwich have a new film out about one of their paintings. It was painted by Francis Bacon in the 1950s. And im mentioning it, because Francis Bacon was gay and in a series of disastrous relationships with men. This particular painting is of one of his boyfriend Peter Levy.
I know you mean Peter Lacy, but the typo is hilarious to anyone from Yorkshire 🤣

I don't like the last sentence, nobody should feel as though their physical appearance is the sole reason they should exist.
It's good to see a TIM publicly acknowledging that they've ruined their life instead of bleating about their superiority over real women.

And sadly, had he just been able to accept the fact that he was a gay man, not a woman in the "wrong body", he could very probably have met a man who he could have aa relationship with. It's heartbreaking when you think about it.
