What pisses me off about this whole thing is that it's only women that were being erased and dehumanised.

I never saw anyone shouting and protesting trans men are men, men's rights are trans men's rights or redefining men as people with prostates in official documentation. Yet all of this and more happened to women and people were telling us that we just had to suck it up.

Thank goodness for common sense. I still can't believe that in 2025 we had to argue biological fact and that there are people out there that want to refute science.

Just checked and this page on ACAS' website hadn't been archived yet so I went ahead and did it for posterity (amn't I lovely). TBH, I can't believe they didn't take it down straight after todays ruling. Worth remembering that an employment tribunal judge increased the pay out from Jaguar Land Rover by 20% based on them not having followed this ACAS code of practice

Apparently Ed Davey who a year ago was saying some women have penises now accepts the ruling entirely and is glad the equality act has been clarified. All these politicans really are windsocks

Thats for the government/ establishments to figure out, today wasn’t about trans it was about what defines a woman and now we have clarity (absurdly) so no longer will pregnant women become birth givers so as not to offend and no longer will our children have to suffer the ludicrous lessons on gender in school when they should be concentrating on being children

This bollox actors spout about "This is a TW role and I shouldn't/ can't/ feel ashamed of having played it" - what rot!

This is what being an actor is about - ACTING.

Pretending to be someone or something you aren't (as all trans people do) and doing so convincingly (not many achieve that).

Do we have only murderers and rapists playing nmurderers and rapists? Only mad scientists playing mad scientists? Do I need to go on? Of course not - because whatever they are playing _ IT IS JUST A ROLE. If Tom Cruise (5'7") can play the character Jack Reacher (6' 5'), others should be able to play characters of their birth sex.

Get over yourselves.

We forgive you. We know the stress you are under.

I even forgot to call David Tennant a "melt" earlier, and had to go back and right that terrible wrong. This has been a difficult time for us all.

Had the money to go private so got his fool chopped off asap, then regretted it and detransitioned and had a pseudo fool constructed which is obviously a poor facsimile of a real one which you would notice much more if you'd ever had a real pen. The retransitioned, got dodgy surgery in Serbia and is now suing the NHS for refusing to correct the dodgy surgery and not performing SRS so he was "forced" to go to Serbia and get said dodgy surgery.
