So from next week, a Trans person identifying as a Women will be treated more favourably than an actual women - when they find themselves up in court. All thanks to the utterly batshit sentencing guidelines being implemented by the legal system.

'Protected characteristics', for which being Trans is one, will allow people to be treated more favourably in court.

Whatever happened to everyone being treated equally?

It really is one rule for one, one rule for everyone else nowadays.

Just expect to see these amendments be abused rotten.

Ugh I can’t believe I ever thought Izzard was good. Even back then he was trying, as all autogynephiles do, to convince people that his fetish was innate, locked in at genetic level.

Funny how the audience laughed at everything he said, even though it wasn’t funny. Worked for him though, because it was like they were mocking Nigella. Loved the way she just sat there serenely and didn’t crumble.

I loved him precisely BECAUSE, at the time, he said that wearing dresses and heels and makeup DIDN'T make him a woman. He was a man who liked to dress that way (still is). He wasn't, back then, saying that clothes and makeup are what women are. Quite the opposite, because look at this obvious man wearing that stuff and owning it as a man. And I know how stupid this sounds now, but he never SEEMED to be doing it because he got off on it. He truly just seemed to enjoy wearing it and didn't ask for anything more than to wear it in peace while he left women's spaces alone.

We couldn't have known back then what it really was. Stupidest thing of all is that he's actually said he doesn't mind being called he/him, so why do so many mats use the wrong pronouns when he doesn't even request it?

And as for the bleeping Auschwitz back drop. I'm stunned. What an absolute bleep. I've visited Auschwitz. The huts are used as offices and exhibition spaces. All except one. The one where they did medical experiments on women. That one's sealed off. I had many sleepless nights after visiting, wondering the horrors that went on in there. Horrors that were only carried out on the prisoners who were women. Only bleeping women.

I don't like the c-word being used.

It angers me that part of a woman's body is considered the worst of insults. (Though I was once so enraged that I used it myself, shocking Mr Mice into silence.)
