I am still sore at getting a mod warning and told to shut up and get back to Gender thread for my factual and fairly innocuous post, the truth is still the truth even if they don't want to hear it.
I think sometimes mods just choose whichever post is the most recent, I wouldn't take it personally.
I think the GC posts are relevant when discussing crimes, especially when they involve women. Misogyny is at the heart of it all and I truly believe that most TIMs absolutely despise real women.

@MmmB777 such a good analogy you used with the foot binding btw. I just am at a loss sometimes with how ignorant people are of the actual issue.
Bizarre isnā€™t it. Breast ironing or flattening is fairly common in some African nations. Itā€™s done to try and stop men from sexually assaulting young girls šŸ˜“ they are harmed in order to try and protect from other harm. When itā€™s done there we call it abuse. But even though the outcome, damage and deformity is the same, white ā€œprogressiveā€ parents will be congratulated and fawned over šŸ¤¢

They havenā€™t stepped in since so Iā€™m wondering if they have seen it is relevant after all. I donā€™t think it was personal to your post, I think all the ā€˜anti transā€™ posts were probably getting reported and they just picked yours as the last one at that point in time. I posted after yours but hadnā€™t seen it as Iā€™d been writing so thought Iā€™d get a warning too but didnā€™t.

This is what upsets me the most. The reality is, young women want to amputate their breasts because in all likelihood they have suffered abuse. I know because I was abused as a child and I had body dismorphia.

It's mad to write this but I am so lucky I was born when I was because otherwise I would have run the risk of being transitioned.

I think weā€™d all be better off if we could dial down male testosterone by 50%. Can we put something in the water?

ā€œWomen arenā€™t killed in toilets and changing rooms.ā€

Itā€™s so upsetting that people think like this šŸ˜

People think what happened to Carol, Hannah and Louise is so far removed from trans ideology that it shouldnā€™t even be discussed. Because it was a man known to them in their own home. There are lots of ways itā€™s relevant but one of the simplest is there are thousands of women who are survivors of abusive men, just like the man who murdered Carol, Hannah and Louise, who will want to feel safe, away from all men. And they want to deny those women of that?

Recently Iā€™ve started to realise that everything wrong with men boils down to testosterone as much as socialisation.

Isnā€™t amazing that they can rightfully discuss limiting or banning crossbows but think that basic safeguarding of women is unnecessary or over the top.
How many people were killed by cross bows in the uk in last ten years? 9 (tragedies every one of course)
How many women were killed by MEN in the last 10 years?
Thousands. Thousands and thousands of women just like Carol, Hannah and Louise.

I absolutely detest it when people feign ignorance and politely ask people to provide proof of violent crimes and sex assaults committed by men pretending to be women. Then, when provided with the proof, they go through it one by one and tie themselves in knots to come up with caveats and justifications as to why that proof doesn't count.

They had no intention of looking at the proof in order to educate themselves. They just wanted a few reference points to publicly discount and flip the narrative in order to manipulate anyone reading their bullshit who perhaps doesn't have much knowledge of what's really going on.

That thread is really bleeping me off. Fair play to all the amazing lasses who have so articulately posted in it

I reported 2x posts for policing the thread and talking about other threads (Gender) before I received the mod edit, I wonder if this plays a part.
I saw plenty more 'extreme' posts than mine in Crime and Murder thread, how ridiculous to limit a discussion re men's behaviour during a discussion about VAWG šŸ¤”

Oh I know absolutely unbearable. Thought they were being so clever šŸ¤¢
I was so shocked to see that they concluded rapidly that there was nothing to worry about. Prick.
