How is any of that ‘gender affirming’? These are mainly treatments for medical conditions, nothing to do with how people feel about their gender and if you’re having to get a mastectomy as a woman then you probably have / are at risk of cancer. Honestly I find this guy utterly vile and I feel like he is just taking the absolute piss at this point.
