Here's Ed Davey reminding us once again that he's more concerned about prioritising men's feelings than women's rights. Ridiculous letter from him full of the usual tropes and ignorant ramblings of the trans ideology.

He also completely misunderstands the purpose of the guidance and I'm not sure what longstanding British values he thinks the EHRC should be protecting? Did I perhaps miss the enshrined right of men to pretend to be women in the Magna Carta?🙄 What a clown.

Attention-seeking Scottish Green MSP, ‘Q’, has been in the public eye for less than two seconds and he’s already started a campaign to break the law around ‘gender’. He’s referred to the guidance as ‘actively harmful’
‘“If you are my constituent and you were feeling any kind of distress whatsoever, and if you need access to resources, please let me know. We are working on all regards, because this guidance is not only harmful for trans people, but actively harmful for women and for people across genders, who would be soon questioned for not conforming to a gender stereotype. We do know we can. We take care of one another."’

I was listening to a podcast I generally really like yesterday and they had a special guest on talking about Jeremy Bamber who is in prison for murdering members of his family and the context was that hes recently been refused permission to talk to journalists. Its a podcast that talks about the law so it was mostly about whether putting this restriction on him was legal. One of the guests said something that made me skip back to make sure I hadn't misheard, he claimed that it was unlikely that Bamber had committed the murders because he had never done anything previously and people don't just murder someone out of nowhere. I was amazed, how often do we hear when someone commits an awful crime what a nice person they were and a good neighbour etc.

I think humans vastly overestimate their ability to read other people. I think the Traitors is such a great example of this, we are not good interpreters of other peoples actions or intentions especially when they want to deceive us.
And everybody has to do a first murder win order to do a second or third, don't they? They may seem "nice" outside the family, but there are many men who are monsters when they close the door behind them when they get home.

Look at the family annihilators out there. They are sweetness and light until they murder their wives and children (and sometimes themselves, the cowardly bastards).

THERE HAS TO BE A FIRST ONE.

Homophobia and transphobia are two separate things; given that being trans is not a sexual preference yet they still insist on being attached to the LGB movement it shows their level of intelligence.
I can tell you here and now there are a sizable number of LGB individuals who are:

1) Sick and tired of T being the tail wagging the dog and dragging the cause through the mud.
2) The alphabet soup nonsense being tacked onto LGB.

All this being done with no consultation with the wider community. Just a few individuals have taken it upon themselves to decide that this is now policy - and that everyone must agree.

Well I certainly don't!

We are now in the ridiculous situation that if there was ever to be just a LGB event, we would be 'bigoted' for excluding Trans and QIA+++++.

Even though Trans are seemingly allowed to hold their own events that exclude everyone else.

Like 'Trans Pride' that excludes LGB.

Slightly OT but you can see the same with vaccinations and School attendance. Things get taken for granted and then become optional because we no longer have direct experience of the consequences of not participating.
I had older parents so unlike most of my generation who are having children, I have a close family member who died of a now preventable disease. My Dads older sister died of polio a few months before the vaccine. He named my older sister after her.

The memory of all those children who died or were disabled because of things like polio was far too quickly forgotten by most.

Well, as a woman who lives in Lothian region, he might just be hearing very soon all about the distress I am feeling. Careful what you wish for, Q my man.

I find it odd that they have attached themselves to LGB in one way, as it’s about being same SEX attracted and they discount that biological sex exists and lesbians should be willing to date men that call themselves Petunia and wear a wig and fishnets.
On the other hand, I compare them to cuckoos in that they insert themselves where they don’t belong, fling everyone else out of the way so that everything becomes all about them. The two things seem worlds apart to me.
I was about to comment basically the same thing! Luckily for once I actually read ahead first 😄
But seriously, the T+ just doesn't have any connection to the LBG in my mind, with one group being gender deniers (confused) and the other being about sexual preference/attraction (legitimate).
I think they are actually OPPOSING groups with one subscribing to outdated stereotypes of males and females, along with exhibiting low to high levels of homophobia, the other subscribes to "love is love" irrespective of genders and stereotypes, and presenting as your true self (ie. "Femme" presenting gay men, and "Masc" presenting lesbians).
Chalk and cheese.
T+ are definitely cuckoo birds with their nest-stealing and their rotten eggs. They need to get the fuck away from LGB.

Has Dawn got round to donating to a’trans charity’ any salary she received for the cardinal sin of her appearance in a Harry Potter film yet? No? I’m surprised, given her fervent support.

When did society lose its way? Everything in place in society has been a hard fought battle for all involved be it gender, woman, disability rights it has all had to be paid and fought for I realise that younger folk might not realise as it has been there throughout their life time but it really wasn’t that long ago maybe we need to bring back recent history and society find it way back to respect shame and learn that every action has a reaction it’s like a free for all and to hell with the consequences boundaries need bringing back. Omo
I'm sure there are dozens of reasons for the current state of things but I observe a lot of some toxic form of individualism. A lot of people competing for being unique and special, for narcissist validation, desperately. Adults screaming like little kids because it's someone else's birthday but they want to blow out the candles on the cake.

The Scottish Court of Session has just ruled that providing multi-user unisex toilets in a primary school amounted to indirect sex discrimination against female pupils.

Hurrah for JKR, the parents and everyone involved!

Patagonia the outdoor brand suing Pattie Gonia the drag queen

The performer said the Patagonia trademark lawsuit amounted to its CEO Ryan Gellert and other executives deciding that "I must cease to exist".

Dramatic as ever.

Oh look, the “literal genicide” klaxon:

‘The performer said the Patagonia trademark lawsuit amounted to its CEO Ryan Gellert and other executives deciding that "I must cease to exist".’

How does a legal obligation to not market your performance persona under branding that infringes someone else’s copyrighted intellectual property mean that you ‘must cease to exist’?

Yes, and I know it has been confirmed that there are women's toilets there, but in that paricular section, why not make all of them 'gender neutral'... Even typing that phrase has me rolling my eyes. Oh yes, because the men must be allowed to have privacy in single sex toilets. But they must also be allowed to be in with women, if they want to be. [Puke.]
Basically, men get everything and women get nothing.
Just shows what an empty soundbite it was all along. They all repeated it ad nauseum and never thought through the consequences and rolled their eyes at any woman who had thought it through and called her hysterical. I still think if they had the opportunity to sneak a change through in legislation like Dentons suggested they would because they don't actually care about women just their votes
Does ANYONE really believe that trans women are women? It’s got the ring of an indoctrination mantra to me. The concept that a man can decide to be a woman, and it makes him one is one of the most senseless, ridiculous ideas I’ve ever come across. I’m afraid, I’ve never believed it.

Surely this isn’t legal now? Why did anybody think this was a good idea in the first place? Why do men need single sex toilets, yet women have to share? Single cubicles or not I wouldn’t be comfortable going in them.

Irish state school exams start this week - this child is doing his exams
This article is in one of the national daily newspapers (albeit in Cork).
The child is 16
The school allowed this photograph to be taken - the school is Edmund Rice College (Edmund Rice founded the Presentation and Christian brothers - turning in his grave much?)

View attachment 4011177

Where is the safeguarding at this school? Pictures, name, social media name. This kid is 16. What the very fuck?
