Please explain Alan , Im not sure how trans people are not treated equally ?
They are treated equally, they can earn the same as women, they can presumably earn the same as men as well, they can wear what ever they like, they have the right to vote, they can choose to live whereever they want, they can have relationships with whoever they want. ( Ill add in here that this right to choose relationships isnt and shouldnt be one sided, the person they have the relationship with, should be told their biological status, and as with everyone, have the right to refuse the relationship)

but they cannot change the fact that they are not biological women. And this makes them different to biological women.

And in actual fact Alan, havent you noticed that all women are not treated equally? What world do you live in?
Women are expected to conform to strict weight, fashion , appearance rules. Older women tend to be ignored, unattractive women tend to be ignored, some women earn more than other women, and some even earn more than men! Women judge other women and dont treat them the same. Men judge other women and dont treat them the same.

Its a minefield out there. You cannot say feminism is dead because trans people arent treated equally. Very few people in this world at the moment seem to be treated equally.

Just had the manliest woman serve me in my local Walmart. Not sure how well it goes down as it’s a gun toting city where I live filled with a variety of people. Ranging from the liberal artsy kids to the gun toting GOP party lot.

He is not a feminist, he’s a MAN. Feminism is about protecting the rights of women, not men. I’m fed up with men telling women what they should think.
While I’m on a rant, that bloody mantra of theirs TWAW. It’s never TMAM. It’s so blindingly misogynistic that it’s centring the rights of men over women’s feelings. Anyone not familiar with the terminology might think it was centring women for once. But no, as we all know, it’s about giving men what they want at the expense of the rights of women. There was an appeal that was heard at the Federal Court level, I thought towards the very end of the year but I looked it up and it was heard August 4-6th 2025, there hasn't been a decision yet.

I find the delays in decisions to be so silly, its either being written very soon after and then sat on or its being written months after the case and presumably a lot of details are forgotten. Either way its a dumb system
