They have scenes of people pissing, shitting, graphic vomiting.... all sorts. I couldn't watch much of Game of Thrones because I guess I'm a prissy princess but apparently in the currently very popular Knight of the Seven Kingdoms we get treated to a defecation scene. Lovely.

I just think it's ridiculous because you can show what life was like in a dark setting like medieval style fantasy and we can perfectly guess for ourselves the more unappealing details.

I wonder why people in real life are getting more and more gross in public, hmm.
Couldn’t agree more. I am sick to the back teeth of seeing male characters urinating. We know it happens, but the number of times I’ve been watching something & you’ll get 2 men chatting away at the urinals, sound effects aplenty. No! Just no. Also I don’t need to see any female character on the loo either.

It's such an imbecilic attempt at a 'gotcha'. No one has an open-door policy whereby any random member of society is able to use their toilet, and your home toilet is a single-person room that locks from the inside.

I've been spied on by a man over the top of a cubicle in a publicly accessible toilet. Amazingly, this has never happened to me in my own home.
Yeah, I mean in general TRAs have the worst gotchas. And the weird thing is, they clearly think they're doing something smart. My favourite low-IQ clapbacks, ranked in order of amusing stupidity, are:

1. You have a unisex toilet in your house!
2. Transwomen are just like Black women, for reasons!
3. Urgh, why are you so obsessed with other people's genitals?
4. We just want to pee!
5. Trans are a tiny and highly vulnerable minority. Why are you getting so angry about less than 1% of the population? Don't you have anything better to do?

All of the above are based on either deliberate or unknowing semantic category error/ontological error and I do find it baffling that TRAs, who often like to pretend to some mysterious higher state of insight, don't seem able to recognise what a 14 year old of average intelligence should be able to point to with ease.

I don't know about that but I'm convinced a lot of the most virulent TRAs in public life are that way because they have a severely mentally ill trans kid
Have a trans kid or have a gender non conforming kid who they have transed.

I was laughing at those clips from the Canadian conference regarding the oppression Olympics they have in place to ensure only the very oppressed get to speak but of course it's not really funny at all. It's just a different kind of prejudice.

I'm convinced that this is one of the reasons why so many white men (bottom of the oppression Olympics leaderboard) are now so anti women. They're effectively being told that everyone else is more important than them.

I struggle to believe that these people are real. How do they make it through a single day of their lives?! :D
They can only do it because the rest of the world co-operates in their insanity.

The minute that snivelling support stops, like slugs they'll shrivel and die in the saltiness of their own self-pitying tears.

I've been looking toward shows from the ancient times that were well written and engaging and could spark discussion but did not preach. I miss telly like that.

If a scene is there because it actually advances the story or is an interesting character moment? Absolutely, give it to me. That is rare these days imho. It's just a load of weirdos trying to push things further than the last person,

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!

Also bad language - I swear like a docker on here - IRL - not nearly so much. Only when I am really at the "swear or stab" stage of sheer incandescent rage. And at one time it was like a physical punch to the face if someone used 'the "F" word' - now I barely notice it. It's horrible.

And it's horrible not only to hear, but it's also horrible that it barely registers. I didn't used to swear at all but social language in general has gone horribly downhill and I just think it's symptomatic of a general lack of respect for others.

I love your stupid bleeping sweary face! 😂 We almost all have one on here because it's often the only place many of us can vent.

And I'll bet you don't give vent to your stupid bleeping sweary emotions around little children either.

Thats exactly it, I can vent here and swear freely. As a full time carer to a children and mother, I keep it nice and polite around the wee ones and the rest of society. But in my head I'm a potty mouth. I learned some rude words from my grandma too. She accidentally said Åh, jäklar (Oh damn) and toddler me copied her which made her laugh. Its one of my favourite memories of her because we laughed together, although it's not as wholesome as baking cookies together. She had a tough life, one of 7 siblings, a child during WW2, alcoholic father and rural poverty. She was the epitome of common sense and one my greatest influences. I miss her.

What day aren’t the people visible? For such a tiny minority they have to be the most attention seeking people on this planet. Oh, and I don’t owe and random creepy, people love and I certainly don’t owe support to people who don’t support the rights of women and girls.

Well, this is entertaining. Julie Bindel has been threatened with legal action by Jonathan Yaniv

Why exactly.
What have they done that is worthy of love and support as opposed to say grape women who need single sex spaces, children who don't fit into regressive rigid stereotypes, or same sex attracted people who feel coerced into having sex with the opposite sex.
Oh god, this confused me.
I thought you were saying "why does Emily Thornberry need to duck off" (because she's a twit, thinks I) Then I read "what have they done" and was like "duck's sake is Thornberry a they/them? bleeping typical, what a nob."
Honestly, sometimes I don't even know why I'm allowed out in the world without a chaperone.

Oh duck off, having her ovaries removed was a 'castration' she was forced to do. So what part of her does she consider is Male.
I can't with this tit anymore.
