How I've got 5 stone to lose and don't want to resort to mounjaroIt’s more funnier that she’s got the obvious ozempic face - that’s because ozempic makes you lose your visceral layer of large in the face hence the sunken in look and giving that really unusual weight loss look you don’t get as often with normal weight loss because it’s not as rapid as ozempic/other jabs. It’s also the acting like she’s done that all herself then makes digs about being so skinny and slating bigger clothes etc. If your plans worked Gemma, you’d have lost all the weight yourself naturally. But all she eats is crap. Obviously people lose weight at different paces but 4/5 years to lose 70lbs she’s lost 5stone I think? is pretty slow for someone who claims they were losing 1-2lbs a week? If that’s the case that would be 1-2 years max.
I very rarely see a vegetable on her plate except a handful of broccoli. And then maybe some strawberries on her chocolate and sugar layers of breakfast oats. The minute she goes to Florida to see her grandparents she’ll just gorge and gain a lot back because she has used the jabs to get skinny. She’s not used them the way they’re meant to be used which is to make healthier life style choices and choose better food options etc.
(For reference I lost 4 stone myself naturally in a year so I can judge her)
I just did calorie counting - drank a lot more water (especially when I was feeling hungry I would just drink water because a lot of the time you’re just thirsty) and just steps and a bit of light swimming (I have an active job too so that probably helped). I didn’t set foot in a gym until after I lost weight because I have major gym anxiety - you’ve got this! There’s nothing wrong with using injections though, whatever works best for youHow I've got 5 stone to lose and don't want to resort to mounjaro

I'm sure I've read that it can be a side effectIs hair loss / thinning a side effect of the jabs? Her hair looks like it's thinning a lot in her hospital photo

I find this fascinating as someone who actually knows of her irl, she definitely has not been "overweight pretty much her whole life" and I have no idea why she would even lie about something so verifiable?? She then gained weight when she went to uni, like most of us do. Before that she was pretty tiny-average build, and she even made a post about how skinny she was in 2022, lmao. She’s turned into such a judgemental cow over the last few months. Feels like she has so much disgust for overweight people now. Not a good look as a “coach”

The binge eating in Orlando has started!
That’s not how they work. You can’t eat whatever you like and not put weight on.Must have took her trusty friend (ozzy) with her so she can eat like a pig and not gain anything
