She has made me so angry. The amount of girls now paying her a ridiculous amount for her fart assed coaching believing her chocolate bars on weetabix for breakfast and stingy little tubs of pasta (now that she’s actually held to account for portions and calories) will give them the same results as her is awful. It’s false representation and there should be more regulations around this ‘coaching’ hype every insta-girl who’s lost a couple stone is now jumping into. Imagine if Gemma had been honest, that she’s tried eating well and was even a gym instructor and still struggled with her weight, used medical intervention and finally got results. She could open the doors for honest conversations around all this, she could connect more with her followers who have been in the same boat, and she could still talk about how her coaching with Georgiefit was monumental and the jabs alone are not a fix. That would be more of a sell imo for her coaching than her bobble head smirking at herself in videos and talking shit about her size 16 trousers. She could talk about keeping on track during maintenance, how to handle the challenges that arise. But instead she’s choosing to lie, and grab people’s money and tell them they, too, can look like her if they eat a snickers for breakfast. Pull the other one

I support anyone on a weight loss journey no matter how they choose to do it but the disappointing thing with Gemma is that she used to be very niche in the fitness market. I loved her because she encouraged fitness but above that she encouraged balance! I found her so inspirational that she was successful by being a NORMAL weight , promoting training but she was a normal sized trainer. Now she’s just like the rest of them. She may have dropped weight but she’s 100% gained a big head. Her whole attitude now towards being bigger is so negative. Her with those camo trousers “omg a size 16, I can’t believe how big they are” . Great one Gemma, you’ve just insulted a huge number of your client base!

She’s crossed into unhealthy territory now, more so mentally than physically. All she talks about is food, exercise, and her old weight. She’s absolutely obsessed with her weight loss and before/afters to the point it’s concerning. I’m seeing this stuff from her 3/4 times a week and I’m overwhelmed by it, that’s with a very full and busy life and many others I follow on instagram. She can’t argue it’s for her page or ‘coaching’ either because surely she’d be focusing on her members, on educating since she’s qualified in fitness and didn’t she mention some sort of nutrition course too? Where have her recipes gone? Where’s the balance with how she used to talk about her uni stuff, her family? Now it’s 60% cleavage and tight clothes shots while she eye fucks the camera, 39% vitriol towards old pics/videos where she was a lovely looking mid size girl, and 1% screen recordings of her meal plan and pushing for new coaching clients. Her whole life is about size, body image, food, and walking. Not gonna end well for her is it? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, she’ll milk this as long as she can then when the weight comes back on she’ll pivot to ‘ED recovery’ and ‘recovery coaching’ purely to keep the obsession fuel going

It’s the first time I’ve ever sat back in anticipation for someone to gain the weight back. Never wished that on anyone in my life. I’ve been 20 stone and I’ve been 12 stone and I will always champion both bigger-bodied people and those who make a lifestyle change. But she has become so disgustingly holier-than-thou, constantly making digs at overweight people, eye fucking herself in every pic and video. If she was chocolate at this point she’d drizzle herself over baked oats and eat it  she’s still eating white carbs smothered in cheese with minimal veg for every meal. It’s very soon after the weight loss to be getting any sort of cosmetic surgery done. I agree with a commenter above, it’s like she’s ticking off a checklist of ways to be like every other basic British influenza. It’s such a shame as she was already very pretty before, I found it very interesting she was studying for a History degree, and then at some point it all got to her head and she released her low-effort ‘cookbook’ and since the rapid weight loss, it’s gotten 10x worse. A few years ago I’d have said she was a nice girl. Couldn’t be further from the truth now. Am I a terrible person for wanting her to fall from grace and experience a little humility?!

It’s more funnier that she’s got the obvious ozempic face - that’s because ozempic makes you lose your visceral layer of fat in the face hence the sunken in look and giving that really unusual weight loss look you don’t get as often with normal weight loss because it’s not as rapid as ozempic/other jabs. It’s also the acting like she’s done that all herself then makes digs about being so skinny and slating bigger clothes etc. If your plans worked Gemma, you’d have lost all the weight yourself naturally. But all she eats is crap. Obviously people lose weight at different paces but 4/5 years to lose 70lbs she’s lost 5stone I think? is pretty slow for someone who claims they were losing 1-2lbs a week? If that’s the case that would be 1-2 years max.

I very rarely see a vegetable on her plate except a handful of broccoli. And then maybe some strawberries on her chocolate and sugar layers of breakfast oats. The minute she goes to Florida to see her grandparents she’ll just gorge and gain a lot back because she has used the jabs to get skinny. She’s not used them the way they’re meant to be used which is to make healthier life style choices and choose better food options etc.

(For reference I lost 4 stone myself naturally in a year so I can judge her 🙂)

Hateful thing possibly to say, but I can’t wait for her to pile all the weight back on. She is absolutely on some sort of weight loss injection- and boy is her brand/career going to tank when it comes out that she’s been lying about it. She literally went half the size overnight- when previously she’d been losing a pound here and there and physically not looking much different. As soon as I saw her I knew she’d taken something. The smug eye fucking will soon stop once she’s rumbled. Also- she’s not advertising the fact that she went to another weight loss coach to tone up- is her own advice that she charges people for not good enough?!

‘just looking through old pics to find some of me pre weight loss’ yea as you do… nothing better to do on a Friday night me than hunt through thousands of photos to find one of when I was heavier! 🙄 she is a whole other level of obsessed with herself. All she talks about or even thinks about is her body, food, steps, her body, gym, food, her body, ‘coaching’, her body, trips to America, American food, her body, how to be influencer-lite with fillers and beige decor and a sausage dog, and last but not least, her body.
She is so young. She could be experiencing so much in life yet her world is this small. I hope things change for her. Surely there’s only so long she can ride the wave of having lost the weight and comparing before and after photos (though any sane person would have by now).

She’s turned into such a judgemental cow over the last few months. Feels like she has so much disgust for overweight people now. Not a good look as a “coach”

I find this fascinating as someone who actually knows of her irl, she definitely has not been "overweight pretty much her whole life" and I have no idea why she would even lie about something so verifiable?? She then gained weight when she went to uni, like most of us do. Before that she was pretty tiny-average build, and she even made a post about how skinny she was in 2022, lmao.

I found her insta account and genuinely giggled, I can't believe are paying actual money to follow her advice :censored:

She's doing that classic thing people do when they lose weight and buy the smallest possible size. I've done it myself! But in reality someone whose always been 'small' might pick up a medium or large because the size is actually more comfortable, she's only buying small to validate herself when no one else cares what size your leggings are 😂

I actually don’t think she did her usual binge-a-thon in Florida. Not sure if she’s still taking jabs or if it affects appetite for a while after stopping (maybe someone can weigh in) but she seemed to not be managing usual portions, sharing meals with her friend, showing a lot of food without showing her actually eating it. Now she’s lost her 2.2lb in a couple of weeks and is acting all smug about it — was probably water weight from the travel! She was constantly active too walking around the neighbourhood and all those theme parks for hours and hours and constantly bragging about it. I can see this going down a slippery slope and turning into ED territory with her body checks and fixation and obsession on food, clothing sizes and the scales. A year or two from now she’ll probably come out and say she wasn’t actually eating half the crap she showed on camera and recommending to her ‘clients’, play the ‘woe is me nobody knew how much I was struggling I was so unwell behind the camera’ and she’ll pivot into a ‘recovery coach’ or similar 🙄 the smugness and holier-than-thou-look-at-me-so-tiny is already there. (Not aimed at ED sufferers but the despicable influencers who promote themselves at their worst then pivot in such a manner to profit off coaching ‘clients’ who are genuinely struggling)

There's no denying she works out and obviously calorie counts, but the fact she's done the same thing for what three years? Since covid... and it's not worked as well as it seems to in the last two months? Come off it Gemma - obviously can't admit to it, because she's too busy fake selling her £135 8 week fitness plan with her lies.

She's 100% taking Mounjaro/similar weight loss injections. No way she's dropping weight that quickly and consistently all of a sudden

I think finally her mask has fallen and basically she only wanted to be skinny. Not for health, not to be stronger or faster... literally just to be a size 6.
She sold a book and recipes and kept advertising it like that was the way to go down, healthily without restringing foods ( mind you, she always had a lot of sweet things for my tasting but liked to see some of the fake aways!)
Over the last 3 months she has gone down a couple of sizes and definitely she has not shared the how with us, because she did not advertised more workouts or smaller portions and she basically is making us now believe the weight continued dropping off? After being a size 8-10 for so long?
Nah

Idk how she expects anyone to believe she's not on the skinny jabs - nothing wrong with it at all - whats wrong with it, is the lies.

I don't know how she expects people to hire her as a "coach" when she posts shit like this. She's basically saying she hates how someone looks over a size 12. Horrible message.

I think I’m gonna have to unfollow. To me, this whole “back on it” every Monday is no different to binge-rescrict cycle. I don’t understand why she has to eat to the extreme every time she goes out? I’m a massive foodie so I get wanting to indulge… but not to the extent that she does… every.. week
