She's also starting her own 'food and fitness platform' and I think she will be charging members between £10-£30 a month.
I started following her a while ago as she was relatable but now I hate watch her. The amount of chocolate she eats is insane and her food shops are always just piles of sugar.
I understand her premise of something like slow and steady wins the race but her diet is such a roller coaster of ups and downs I'm surprised she loses any weight at all and I certainly wouldn't be taking advice from her!
Completely agree.
I also think it’s mad how much she buys/spends in her reels when she was living at uni ( cooking for herself) and now living back at her parents.
Her latest story about Bloat is just her breathing in.
I don’t think she’s lost much weight or toned up so find it weird people would pay for her service

I think I’m gonna have to unfollow. To me, this whole “back on it” every Monday is no different to binge-rescrict cycle. I don’t understand why she has to eat to the extreme every time she goes out? I’m a massive foodie so I get wanting to indulge… but not to the extent that she does… every.. week
What’s even worse is that she is doing this while taking people’s money to “coach” them 🙈

How has she managed to afford to buy a house
Bank of mum & dad and money made scamming coaching women who see her bobble headed self and think they can achieve results by eating pasta smothered in cheese and melted chocolate for breakfast

editing to add: not that I think there’s anything wrong with pasta or chocolate for that matter, but she conveniently leaves out the fact she didn’t lose more than a few pounds eating on her ‘plans’ and the real loss only came with injections to suppress her appetite 🙄

Im probably around similar build/height to Gemma and put into a calculator what deficit i would need to be in to loose 2lb-4lb per week and it came out as 1000(2lb)-2000 (4lb) calorie deficit a day to loose this. Surely not being honest about how little shes eating/injections 👀

Absolutely. For someone who who was full time studying away from home and said her only sources of income where from her very occasional ads and her book, her expenditure is incredible with the weekly high spend food shops, frequent nights out, lots of holidays and lots of new clothes I'd prefer it if she was honest and just said she used the bank of dad!
I'm at the stage with her now where I can't stand her voice and the way she talks and her 'what I eat in a day' videos give me the absolute ick with the way she films herself biting into food 🤢
I don't think she's overly big at all and I'm not fat shaming her but I can't understand how anyone would want to buy into any plan she comes up with. She contradicts herself quite alot and definitely uses filters and stands at certain angles to hide her real size which is more visible in her talking stories. Both her exercise and her eating are an absolute roller coaster. I'm all for eating what you want in moderation but I genuinely cannot get over how much chocolate she consumes. She's buying multiple large bars on a weekly basis, it's quite sickening.

Has she lost any weight?
Seems to yoyo quite a bit.

I can’t get over it. I was really taken in by it but now after seeing the post suggesting she’s probably on MJ or similar I feel proper stupid for not seeing it

I know many people who have lost a good amount of weight, some of them even more than Gemma, not one of them harps on about it like she does. They just get on with life. One mum at school runs her own gym after losing 100 odd pounds and would have every right to celebrate her success but a couple years after the fact you’d never even know, she’s focused on her client transformations, so Gemma’s doing it for a job isn’t an excuse either. She’s created such a toxic little bubble for herself where everything revolves around her size, it’s no wonder she’s looking unhealthy. She’s always been disordered and obsessed. It’s very sad she’s not experienced a normal job or normal life or adult friends outside of dieting. This is her whole world. I hope she opens her eyes one day and realises how much she’s missing out on by revolving her life around her clothing size and ruminating on old videos of herself all the time.

Forgot to take a screenshot but she was answering questions (ones she’d blatantly asked herself) and admitted she became too obsessed with weight loss over lockdown and regained the 2.5 stone she lost. I don’t get it. Isn’t her whole schtick that her recipes and workouts are sustainable? She might want to remove the 2.5 stone lost from her bio.

It’s also a bit disingenuous to the people she’s selling her plan to as well. She now has a certain smugness about her, it came across in her stories this morning when talking about her minimal gain

A few requests for a thread on Gemma, slimming… but is she? A self published cookbook and now training to be a PT

Georgie posted her today and she had dropped 13kg in 12 weeks. She didn’t share the story though. Suspicious

The binge eating in Florida makes me feel a bit ill
Same. I don't get why people use a holiday to gorge on food. You can have nice meals and treats without every single meal being junk food. I would feel ill eating all that 🤢
