She's 100% taking Mounjaro/similar weight loss injections. No way she's dropping weight that quickly and consistently all of a sudden

She has a tiny tiny patch of loose skin and she's only late 20s. What if she wants to get pregnant? Won't that affect it? Also red flag when she said one of her concerns about getting surgery is that she won't be able to exercise. Obsessive behaviour. I feel a bit sad for her because it seems like she's never going to be content with how she looks.

Idk how she expects anyone to believe she's not on the skinny jabs - nothing wrong with it at all - whats wrong with it, is the lies.

The reason she’s lying about using weight loss jabs is because it would affect her business. Right now her page is a marketing funnel, ‘look at my FIVE STONE transformation, come pay for my app and my coaching and my workouts I only do twice a week and you can have a before and after like this too’. If she was honest that she used medication to help her, nobody would click. There should be tighter laws in place around this sort of thing, her house and dog and trips to Florida are all funded by women who are FIVE STONE HEAVIER than she is and they’re being duped

I think I’m gonna have to unfollow. To me, this whole “back on it” every Monday is no different to binge-rescrict cycle. I don’t understand why she has to eat to the extreme every time she goes out? I’m a massive foodie so I get wanting to indulge… but not to the extent that she does… every.. week

It's interesting as well because she is literally always out for food and treating herself..... But she's skinnier than ever.... Hmmmmm. I know it's all about balance but that mixed with that rapid weight loss is quite telling that she clearly is having help to drop all that weight and then maintain it.

It’s the ‘ask me a question’ almost every week with the same questions - boob job, her app, meal plans, losing weight. It’s getting boring and predictable now

I've just rewatched those stories with the sound on. What a horrible example to set as a coach. "Look how big they are" and "I can't believe I was that big" A size 16 is the average size for women in the UK and she sounds disgusted!! I would not feel comfortable being her client hearing her talk like that.

That photo she posted is so normal looking too??? The way she talks about herself is like she was this disgusting overweight lump when she was probably an average size 14. Peoples perceptions of weight seems to be so distorted now in the age of ozempic.

Concerning that she is only a level 2 pt- therefore not qualified to give nutrition advice! Charging that amount of money is insane!

Signing up to a weight loss platform when her 'before and after' photos are from two years ago!

The minute she’s off these jabs and goes on her yearly visit to Florida she’ll gain most of the weight back. Sorry not sorry. She’s not learnt anything in the 3+ years she’s been dieting other than how to scam people into believing she’s lost weight naturally

She's also starting her own 'food and fitness platform' and I think she will be charging members between £10-£30 a month.
I started following her a while ago as she was relatable but now I hate watch her. The amount of chocolate she eats is insane and her food shops are always just piles of sugar.
I understand her premise of something like slow and steady wins the race but her diet is such a roller coaster of ups and downs I'm surprised she loses any weight at all and I certainly wouldn't be taking advice from her!

That’s 100% an Ozempic/ Mounjaro face, you can always tell around the lower face. She’s still really young but has aged herself massively. Like other people have said, she hardly looked any different for years (I always questioned she’d even lost 2 stone as it didn’t look like that much to me) then within the last few months she’s dropped a tonne of weight despite giving up her job at the gym so is presumably less active? Pull the other one! No shame in anyone’s chosen way of losing weight but charging people for “coaching” is a disgrace if she’s not being honest about getting a helping hand 💉

I’ve said it on here before, she can be as smug as she likes about her weight loss but she has absolutely no obstacles in her way at the moment so it’s been easy for her compared to other people. Once she becomes a “proper” adult with her own property (I think she still lives with her parents but I could be wrong), a real job and potentially a family she won’t find it as easy to keep on top of her weight.

She's looking a bit lollypop head in her latest stories. Agree she looked the same for a long time and now has suddenly halved in size. Don't relate the same to her now
