Her Dad was in and out of hospital quicker than the queue at Tesco. No wonder she’s gone awol.

I am sure her Dad was ill, but I doubt it was Covid. He probably had the ‘flu or something similar.

Gemma, however, would dress it up as Covid to garner sympathy and attention.

That’s what I find so strange , as my mum and dad are currently both in hospital and they won’t take you In unless you are really poorly as there is not enough beds. She should be ashamed of herself if she has lied about this . Hence why she’s disappeared I suppose

I don't find it funny at all. She didn't have to say that they both had Covid or should have at least changed the news and apologised for misleading people. My father-in-law has got Covid - diagnosed yesterday - he has lymphoma too. His recovery is 50/50. People who lie about this illness need a wake-up call that it is not a joking matter. I hope it costs her all her sponsorships and that she loses work in the short-term.

Same here with my mum and dad , they can barely talk. So sad. It’s a waiting game and so worrying as you cannot even see them.

So many massive red flags on that Justgiving page that he clearly set up himself and claims to be a friend setting it up on his behalf. The whole thing is dodgy as feck. I was feeling a bit sorry for him before that as he's clearly unwell but anyone who calls themselves a pweirdo vigilante and claims they need lots of other people's money to get over a supposed rape is just vile.
And yes, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they had cooked this up together at the beginning but it has now all spiralled out of GC's control.

I had contemplated her involvement but no way was she involved, I think she must have associated with him a few times but had probably no idea what a piece of work he was, maybe even thought he wouldn't dare cross her, but this guy has no lines or boundaries.

Also did anyone check if the image he posted last night was on Google images, I don't want it on my search history. I hope it was some creepy pap shot and not him biding his time to do this or someone else sending it to him to bring her down.

I also think it interesting a few days ago he had a change of heart and said he was moving on. I was sure he'd been paid off, maybe the money didn't appear and he tried blackmailing her that he would release these images. Very very strange.

I think you just get more for your money the further into Essex you go - brentwood is quite pricey, but nearer Great Dunmow where gemmas brother lives is much cheaper

There are parts of Essex that look absolutely beautiful and I have only seen it since TOWIE imploded onto our screens!!

I don’t think everyone in Essex is dodgy but lots of folks from TOWIE are, I mean I know Mick Norcross had the Sugar Hut but his house and car’s didn’t reflect that of a man with one nightclub.

Does anyone believe that most reality stars and shows need to go now? I think it’s all kinda snowballed over the years, she was the joke act of TOWIE, not like the other girls, but that was to her advantage. And now it’s just a big act/parody that keeps the cash coming in.

Totally agree with you and she knows it! I watch her with her nephews on Instagram though and she really is loving towards them and they are back to her. That makes me think deep down she’s not that bad. Kids don’t lie!

Again interesting. I didn't know that people impersonated trans people or that they received hate for that behaviour. Forgive me for asking but could he not be trans? I probably already know the answer to this, if he was he would be using a female pronoun all the time? So this is a fetish or just another way to make money.

Could be a fetish idk but he doesn't identify as a female at all, nor does he make any effort to present as one. That looks more sissy to me than trans.

Genuine trans people don't look like this they actually make an effort to appear the gender they identify as. They use their pronouns either all the time or where/with whom they feel comfortable.

The reason this causes hate is because men often impersonate trans people to try and get into female spaces, assault women and just overall be creepy and gross. There's a lot of stories of men who do this disgusting type of thing, pretend to be trans then harm women in what should be a safe space for them. Like a women's only bathroom, changing room, etc.

It brings harm upon actual trans people because it brings the stigma that they are all some sort of creepy predators.

When I have to go on to a ward, I have to put on full PPE: mask, visor, apron, gloves. She has none of those on. Unless she is using her supposed fame, I cannot see medical staff allowing her to be lying on the bed with her father with no PPE as she will be in contact with others when she leaves the ward. As for cups of tea, I’ve never seen that. Again, she should be having a mask on so that would make drinking tea difficult.

That's what I thought at first, that perhaps she was given special treatment because she's a celeb. Although that would be totally unfair when somebody like Kate Garraway was unable to enter the covid ward and poor Derek was sick for a very long time. So either they're breaking a lot of rules or her father has another condition.

Mad Hugo had a convo with an ok mag journalist who was messaging her management to confirm whether the father has covid he won't confirm says he'll sue if OK print anything to the contrary but again won't confirm. Folks I really think Mad Hugo may have been right and she was "paid" to post. I hate conspiracy BTW.

I have been watching old episodes of Towie in the afternoons, at the moment Arg is desperately trying to get back with Lydia yet again and is soft soaping her Mum to try and get his foot in the door, he is an absolute wan*er such a stupid giggle and quite the moron with his stupid bow ties. I heard somewhere that he wasn't that pally with Mark Wright but was brought into Towie as Mark's "best mate" because the real best mate had been arrested and wasn't allowed on the show. Can't really see Arge being the kind of guy Mark Wright would want to hang around with to be honest he isn't enough of a geezer more of an ol woman.

Jack Tweed, who married Jade Goody when she had cancer, was MWs best mate at the time.

Iv actually really warmed to Gemma in this new lockdown series! I never was much for her but with Hayden being with her , it’s shown a different side to her that I quite liked! Go GC!

I loved her family who are just normal and I loved the extension that she staying in and all the pink things, she deffo has a side too her that I like and I think the nasty crap is just an act, she was funny when she went for a cycle and the pap got her and she said she felt dirty coz of it, I thought she would’ve loved that but she had wanted peace and quiet!

I met Gemma years ago at the clothes show live she was really nice and friendly back then and happy to chat to anyone for a while. In fact I think she was the only one out of the towie lot that stayed for a significant amount of time. This may have been really early on in her reality tv career.

I find her comments funny but I don't think I could hang out with the GC for too long. I do think it is a bit of an act that she puts on. I hope she finds someone better for her then Arg I could see her with an older man.

It’s the comments section being off that is the biggest sign this story isn’t all it seems - too many questions which haven’t been answered. You have people who are losing people, who can’t visit, see, touch their relatives - but she’s having a brew bedside ? Eh ?? The brew has really annoyed me.
