I wore shoulder pads in the 80s along with everyone else. They didn’t look like that, ever. Shoulder pads were in pretty much everything but sewn in and not visible. They didn’t shine through the material.

My clothes were high street, C&A, Top Shop, River Island, Etam or Dorothy Perkins, so not expensive.

They've both been abusive. It wasn't even a real relationship but with their various issues, massive insecurities and living in a 'reality' bubble, they became co dependant on each other and the toxicity of their odd pairing. Gemma is a horror. Gemma is a scam artist. She is well known locally for buying cheap clothes from London wholesalers, then putting her own labels in, and charging say £100 - for a dress that cost her £20 (or less). She was found out after my friend (who also owns a clothes shop, had a customer come in, and said “ Oh, I’ve just seen this dress in GC ‘s shop, but you are selling it for £30, and she’s charging £100!! So my friend did some digging, and her wholesalers confirmed that GC was a customer. So, my friend went to GC’s shop, and was so shocked to find these clothes that cost peanuts to buy, were having the original labels taken off, and GC was putting her own labels in, and was basically charging what she wanted!! I know Arg as well, and he told me, that he never wanted a relationship with Gemma, and they (Arg & Gemma) had a meeting with the TOWIE producers, (and this was ages ago) and the producers made Arg & Gemma believe that a fake showmance, would help both of them become more well known, so they agreed. But Arg was always seeing other girls, and Gemma was seeing other guys..!! Also, years ago, Gemma had a birthday party that was themed on The Oscars, and she wore this bling gold dress, and all the TOWIE lot attended. Well, they were all off their faces on coke (and Ketamine-Arg’s favourite drug of choice) and Gemma was SO rude to the poor bar staff, and when she was clicking her fingers for more drinks, one girl who was working the bar, muttered under her breath “Can’t she say please?” Gemma overheard, and got in this poor girls face, and loudly said “If you don’t like your job, why don’t you fuck off and let someone else do it!!” She also tried to put in a complaint about the bar girl, and said that she had been giving her “Major Attitude”!! She’s a real horror, and has a really bad name locally..

What the hell did she think she was playing at, at the end. Laying on the bed loudly announcing "guys, my vagina really stinks". Then touching herself and letting her MALE stylist SMELL her fingers saying "I think ive got a yeast infection".

I felt sick to my stomach. Too far. Absolutely disgusting. There was nothing funny about it at all. How embarrassing for her family to see that.

I agree. She has got an attractive face when she is not piling on the make-up.

I am inclined to think that the skinny jabs are never going to be good for her body in the long term. Hopefully they will not do any lasting damage. You can never tell with some of these “miracle/quick-fix cures”

It is hard to lose weight and the older you get, even harder. But, whenever I watched her on her Diva series, she was always drinking fizzy drinks and eating the wrong kinds of foods.

She now has all the money for personal trainers, to be able to eat well and still she remains the same.

Her outfits do not help her cause.

Those skinny jabs should be banned. Flogged by the Z listers and I imagine very very dangerous with many health implications as yet to be found out.

The end of the 2nd episode turned my stomach not remotely funny.
As for Arg, I know from a credible source that he has a massive coke problem, you could see at the gig in the first episode she clocked it when she arrived and was fuming

I think the Gemma thing is unrelated to Bobby and Kerry. She does have 3mil followers. There have been influencers who have been paid to promote stay at home with less followers like sophia and cinzia who were chosen because of their young demographic, even though they haven't been sticking to guidelines so it's useless. Hugo was right in that sense but he went too far with it.

They probably thought she had influence but are so out of touch with normal people they missed the mark. The government probably paid her to promote stay at home but she then had this idea to stir up publicity for herself. I wouldn't put it past Gemma maybe just doing it to promote herself and maybe paid the doctors to go along with it. They seem a bit fame driven. I feel sad for the patients in that hospital there's inappropriate ppe and zero distancing amongst the staff, no masks in the staff room. I really hope they're not spreading anything to the patients.

Wasn't the Gov paying influences to promote the track and trace scheme in order to get younger people to follow the rules? But Hugo seems to be using this as his proof that they are being paid to say they have Covid?
