I suspect that they may all be doctors who are in on this trying to become famous. One of the doctors on "Dr Tarvala's" Youtube refers to her as a "Youtuber" not a doctor and himself as a "Personal trainer". On his instagram he is a "travelling doctor" represented by "wendywoolfspr" on instagram, another is a DJ. Some of the video news interviews on there sound like bad actors promoting their Instagrams. I feel like I'm going down some weird rabbit hole here
