But why is Gem and Michaela using a weightlifting belt for those weights they look like really small, light weights (judging by the size in comparison to the other plates stacked on the side of the squat rack).. absolutely no need unless lifting heavy amounts

I know we talked about the fact Gemma has put weight on recently. She’s covering herself up a lot more. No more skimpy outfits in the gym

Each to their own but they probably don’t even have any nieces or nephews so it’s not a big deal for them probably.
Some of my favorite memories are of my nieces and nephews in the lead up and on the day of our wedding - they were so excited & delighted to be involved. But they older than toddlers & all went home/ to bed with babysitters after dinner so that everyone could relax.

Heard on grapevine that this is a contentious item form Michaela wedding too - she banning his nieces & nephews which presumably means she won’t have Louise’s wee girl too?

Let’s be honest though, all these girls are too self centred to allow anyone to be distracted by children on a day where they want everyone focused solely on them. She said she didn’t want kids crying at ceremony - like is that really a big deal? I don’t know!

I listened to Gerry lavs podcast she was on. She said she would absolutely consider going back to traffic control because she was on a union the money was so good. But she also wants to consider going into events management. I’m sure the money will be dry now after the wedding so this would be her soft launching the fact she has to get down off her high horse and work like the rest of us.
