I've watched it now: yep, Gary's a slimy individual.
I just unsubscribed from his channel. He became too big for his boots in my opinion.
I don't blame you at all.
Why on earth did he go to that Steak House and order that platter for 8-10 people? He said he was bringing it all back for his mates in his local (mmmm..lovely and cold

These food vloggers are ten a penny now, I've given up watching any of them.
They used to be good and I used to like seeing them go round their places of interest. But now it seems like they are part of an 'in group' and it's kind of boring to see them rotate around the same places with very little variety on what there is to say.
On that note, I really like Loaded London. He seems to be a rare Youtuber who likes what he likes and isn't in it for the money and is still a genuine person with no persona, if that makes sense. He drove Route 66 and vlogged it. I loved seeing that.

Just on the above point, has anyone seen Gary, Greeno(I think), Rate my takeaway, Harrison and Hannah Ricketts all together. There have been a couple of videos and they are as awkward as they sound. I've lost track of which channel puts them out. It's like a knowing nod that they are all in the same clique and viewership but it falls utterly flat because none of them really get on or have chemistry in the same room.

What a waste of time and space. He'd be much better off spending time with his mum.
I've often wondered what the situation is with his mum, because in the early days of his channel he leant into his role as a carer to explain why he couldn't travel far etc. I guess now the channel is big he's paying for professional carers or residential care. I don't imagine he'd ever disclose that though.
Although he says he doesn't make much money from Youtube! Wonder why some vloggers say this as others with not that many subscribers live very well from their channels. Travel Trolls, Butlers Empire Greeno to name a few. Maybe Gary feels uncomfortable making so much money?
Maybe he's charging for reviews like Danny and that large Tory Boy?
He did a big ad in the middle of the Ramsay review(s) for a banking app.
Think that's the first time i've seen him do an ad like that in any of his videos that is not a youtube injected one.
I haven't seen any previous obvious ads either.
I took it, that , when he did the big announcement vid with RMT Danny , that he was helping him out (cos everyone is so cruel) he was doing new channel with him and he would be stepping back a-bit from his own channel. Mother’s illness etc.
And would be doing less for the time being. Clearly, I took that completely wrong, as he seems to be doing loads.

He probably filmed it the same day! Lazy git. I cannot believe he's got anywhere with his channel. A five year old could express more about their packed lunch than he can about anything he eats.
I was looking at reviews of his book on Amazon - they're not great.
