This is an amateur dramatics group relatively close to where he lives. He would have been 17 at the time (end of 1997). If so, he was quite the dashing young chap in his younger years! It doesn’t look very much like him, but the name, location, and slight resemblance from the nose makes it far too much of a coincidence.

I might be wrong but it looks like hes in front of a green screen, or something similar where hes been super immposed on the image. I could be way off but the set up just doesn't look right.
100% a green screen. It’s too cold to be dressed like that outside at night and the snow flakes aren’t melting

Jumping over from the Brogan Tate thread to let you all know I caught a piece of a live the other night and Brogan is bringing him back multiple outfits for his teddy.
His enablers are doing him no favours. When his parents pass on will they actually be there for him

I come bearing news that there is a lesbian couple out there who have put Gary C on the top of their Christmas tree for two years in a row.
