I can see a grey gardens situation with these two when they get older

Or this (with less laughs)

Don't worry everyone - Our Gary's having a very productive day. Spotted on IG at Nandos with Robyn of 'Watsons Do Disney' fame.

His anxiety just doesn't make sense, I've never heard of a form of anxiety that's so comfortable in so many social situations or with attention on them so often. Work seems to be the one constant that his anxiety won't let him do.

I think he confuses feeling anxious and sometimes not liking crowds with anxiety...and they are two different things.

Gary’s posture is just getting worse and he’s getting a beer belly without the beer. His back muscles must be terrible. I don’t understand his, Victoria’s and Brogan’s reluctancy to ever do anything. Imagine having that much free time and free money and doing nothing but Disney trips. They don’t need to be in the gym constantly (or use all the equipment/memberships they’ve bought and never use), but at least go outside regularly, have some fresh air. They’re all very much of the mind ‘I won’t do it unless I really want to’. Only ever input/consume and never output. Gary and Brogan’s only way of giving is buying people tatty gifts and even then it’s like a pack of m&ms or a free photo book of themselves.

Adam always makes snarky comments about Gary, like ‘this is why you don’t pay for your own food Gary’. Deep down he thinks Gary is a loser but he needs the views.
I have always thought this about Adam and Gary. Adam in my opinion is not particularly likeable on his own, he's a nice enough guy but the toff reaks out of him and Gary seems a bit more down to earth. Gary has all the banter and brings all the laughs. Adams channel would tank without him and I think Adam knows this so he puts up with it.

As for Gary's anxiety, I'm gonna play devils advocate here. I have severe anxiety I could be on PIP but I work remotely. Some times I would struggle to leave the house for weeks and would have a full on panic attack trying to do things like go to Tesco etc, but doing fun things where I got a dopamine hit like holidays and nights out we're always so different. This could be the case for Gary. My anxiety is a lot better now and I've learned how to manage it so maybe Gary is getting better to with some things.

OK. I earn a reasonably good wage but can only afford to go to the USA every few years. I do Florida but usually a few days at Universal but not Disney as it all adds up. So how does Mr Anxiety who does not work afford multiple trips a year and manage airport situations, attention seeking and crowded parks? He must be in his 40's? Does he still live at home?

Adam pays as he knows Gary brings in more views to his channel. All Gary needs is some spending money for pins, not even sure he pays for his own food

Yeah Gary is 42 (I think?) And yes still lives at home

Just caught some of his live. He said after he went to the pumpkin patch, his mum washed and dried his muddy shoes, so casually like it’s a totally normal thing to do 😦😦😦 is this guy for real!

His lack of working isn’t because of anxiety, he does nothing because he doesn’t want to and he’s somehow convinced everyone to do everything for him

Adam pays for everything, including food. The only thing Gary is responsible for is his souvenirs.

How weird is the obsession with the nuimo Mickey?
Like seriously he's 42 and buying outfits for the bleeping thing!

It’s too weird. The irony is lost when it’s 1-2 posts everyday and you know he took 100s of photos in WDW.
The one of him in the bowl of sweets that you know Gary’s mum bought back from the weekly shop.

I LIVE in the US (Wisconsin), earn a decent wage, and still can't figure out how these two can afford visiting WDW quarterly (if not more frequently).

What the heck am I doing wrong? 🤷‍♀️

Gary's been going live on Instragram quite often lately. Must be feeling "better" (eye-roll) and more social.

No worries... He's still the lazy slug he's always been. Last night's episode featured him in bed (per-usual) in his bath robe.

And considering Wisconsin wages are higher even than London wages in most professions/industries minus the need for a long haul flight most of us Brits are also truly baffled by our vloggers going out there 4/5/6 times a year. The ones who go most often are those with either no job at all or low-paying jobs - by US standards dismally paying jobs. The ones who have 2 good salaries go once/twice a year and have a very modest life in the UK to enable that - L&R, Will& Lelly, Ian and David come to mind.

Looks like the bank of mam and dad + YouTube for Adam and benefits + bank of mam and dad for Gary. I tried pricing up some of their trips. Their latest one comes to £8K for the same date next year. The last trip is about the same. I got to £30,000 and stopped counting. That's not including the 30,000+ Adam put down for DVC or the annual fees he pays.

I remember being on benefits in my early 20s. I got so little - think £55 at the time. Everything seemed so expensive to me. A £2 chocolate bar was too expensive. Gary doesn't flinch at $50 pizzas or $25 burgers or $15 ice cream sundaes. The burger alone would be a huge chunk of his weekly payment if he is getting one and the fact he has zero reaction is puzzling. It means he's definitely not paying and he likely has little concept of money.

I'm reminded of a classic Saturday Night Live sketch where Eddie Murphy appeared as James Brown in James Brown's Celebrity Hot Tub Party.

Gary doesn’t pay for any food so that’s why he doesn’t flinch. But to spend $800 on merch in one trip is insane. He really does lack the true value of money. They all do.
He could be on disability / esa so it’d be about £500 a month, but it’s still not enough to justify his level of spending. Like you, I was temporarily on benefits, esa in fact. I used to struggle to pay for the bus to hospital every week, so I used to have to walk for over an hour each way. I wonder if he gets money from prints and some of the YouTube videos?
If his parents give him spending money, that would really be insanity. He should be the one giving them money.
