Those phone records were damming. Making calls THEN hiring a lawyer & not working with the police were all red flags.

I'm pretty sure it was no coincidence either that they 'found' him. I mean imagine that as a complete stranger let alone being a loved one. His condition was dire too.

Gabbys family were exemplary throughout.

Any idea or speculation of what the settlement with the Laundrie might be regarding?

The BBC reports the Petito family sued for emotional distress because the Laundries didn’t disclose that Brian had admitted to killing her. I suspect they were just trying to get them on whatever they could and did this because it’s easily claimable in a civil case.

Has anyone listened to the podcast Nichole has done? I haven’t listened yet but just reading up on it. So turns out that when Brian was missing, and the police wanted their dogs to pick up his scent, Brian’s bedroom had already been totally gutted and renovated with all his things gone. Also the van had been thoroughly cleaned and the mattress was never recovered!! 😳

His parents should be done for accessory after the fact or something.
