I think Frankie is gorgeous but mental health is such a witch, it completely distorts reality at its worst. I feel for her going through it.
over a year late to this but currently going through a nostalgia binge so thought I’d answer. Mainstream success? Moderate lots of singles in the top 10 but only one number 1. Back then lots of people knew them and their songs were played on the radio and MTV and so on, and their concerts often sold out. Aside from the general public though, they definitely had a strong dedicated fan base, including me. They were really really special to me growing up and are a core memory of my early teen years, Vanessa was my first celebrity crush. I don’t look back now and think cringe either, I genuinely still enjoy the music, and I loved the candid content they used to do, like flip videos for the forum. They seemed really fun and nice enough people to me. I wouldn’t call them a copy paste girls allowed myself, but that’s because I was never a fan of girls allowed in the slightest but obsessed with the Saturdays so people who had different tastes will probably disagree. Just my personal perspective that nobody asked for lmao

She's not a natural at this stuff. I think she's a bit lost career wise and not sure what to do with herself.

Also the clothes aren't nice or in any way "normal" - like the frankies faves used to show asos or PLT bits you could wear with anything!
There was a time when she seemed to be a relatively down to earth mum and wife, who was happy with her life doing family things and a bit of media here and there.
I assumed the current model was essentially she gets paid to promote and a % of sales. So she’s essentially and influencer rather than a businesswoman?
There is nothing wrong with wanting to branch out but even she looks uncomfortable in the clothes etc and I can’t imagine many people who know who she is can actually afford any of it
