Nadine is an absolute con artist ! She will do anything for money . She rode on the exposure she got from Francis diet to then build her own gym brand ..having a ED and binge eating disorder the entire time .. it was all over her posts and stories about “going into a cut “ and then gonna binge on grenade bars and downs an entire bottoms of apple sour.
she does not eat 3k calories to maintain her current physic without serious cardio or activity . It’s all lies
and she dropped Scott because of her own agenda .

I am glad she did it but I am not sure her intentions were 100% honest ..she was an ambassador for several weeks what took you so long to out them ?!

I’ve followed Jess for a long time, she’s a really nice person, I don’t believe she used the Francis diet to make a platform for her own fitness, I believe she joined it, got sucked in & the started to realise how awful Scott & his minions are.
