How the heck has he got time for somebody else, he couldn’t make the time for Fran ever. With all the touring next year, shows on Tv, shows on the road in-between, training and having 2 kids under 5 - only born 2 and 3 years ago. I do feel for whoever it is as they are gonna have a lot of adjusting to do with dating a bloke who the public have very mixed opinions. Really tough on the kids as well, it’s as though Ashley sees them maybe every 2 weeks.
We don’t see everything in their life, but I just don’t feel it’s Fran who has met someone, she has shared a lot of her day online and with the kids I just couldn’t see her being in the mindset to be looking for somebody. I also feel she still has a big part of heart in Ashley, due to the tagging, comments and working for him. I’d imagine she wouldn’t of hesitated working on their marriage if he had of wanted to.
Also I feel Perri and Laura will be next, Laura clearly is mad about Perri, but really don’t feel Perri feels the same intensity about her. Again he has kept her off his Instagram quite a lot and the lack of tagging or commenting, etc.
If I were Laura I wouldn’t be comfortable with how much he interacts with Geo personally.

Ashley's always been my least favourite member of Diversity, although I think he was bearable in the beginning. I know the media like to make out that he's the only one who matters (with a crumb of appreciation for Perri and Jordan), but as someone who's worked with the other members for decades now, he should push the fact that that isn't the case at all. Instead, he's happy to lap up all the attention and never gives the others their flowers. I always notice on his Real Full Monty shows that many of the participants after will give a special thanks to specific members of Diversity, but Ashley never mentions them and watching the show it almost feels like their help and support is intentionally edited out as much as possible.
I know he does the choreography, but let's not act like just anyone could walk in off the street and follow it whilst also maintaining a squeaky clean lifestyle that doesn't tarnish the brand and living in his shadow without complaining. It's also clear from their individual social media pages that many of the other members do choreograph, although it's unclear whether they're either not allowed to choreograph Diversity's routines or that it's not allowed to be made publicly known.
I don't want to see his downfall, but that's really only because the end of Ashley would mean the end of Diversity, and the other members seem so hard-working and grounded. (And I've massively fancied lovely, lovely Warren since 2009
).

Obviously you can't judge everything off social media, but Laura seems like quite a different person to who she was when they first got together - social media all privatised, very un-celebby, etc.
I agree with Perri and Laura, he’s very much the same as Ash and doesn’t pay her much attention and she’s always at her mums.
just a thought.. could Ash be gay? His whole style has drastically changed over the past 2 years. 16 years is a long time, and he could finally be ready to come out.. hence why it’s been under wraps and Fran still tags him/comments ‘love ya dude x’ and

I said this on the perri thread. She was on tour with them and was his partner for many dances. Tour ends and she has disappeared, done nothing with diversity since, hasn't even been to the new studio and isn't in the new tour or panto.
One post she has says she was moving on after the tour, was a group photo of all of them after the end of the last tour this year.
Don’t think it’s her, she’d be about 10 years younger than him
I would be very surprised. She’s very young and Fran has liked recent bikini posts. She has been to the new studio- her insta has her dancing and you can tell the church windows behind her.
She was at the studio last week. She did a class with nathan
I now think the statement about separating 18 months ago means they separated to see if it was the right thing to do. They’re then now announcing it because they’ve decided it’s permanent. Maybe they wanted to start 2023 with everyone knowing.

Maybe I've misunderstood the original post, but I can't really imagine anyone leaving their wife and two kids because it's "trendy".
I've done a bit of a stalk on Fran's insta over the past few months and she often gets lovely comments from the Diversity mums, girlfriends, and more 'fringe' members of Diversity. I definitely think her job is safe, and rightly so.

Being gay isn't a "trend". Some people are gay because that is who they are inside. The world is gradually getting more tolerant of the LGBTQ+ community, sharing non-heterosexual stories and giving more platforms to the community. That isn't about being "trendy" that is about making the world more open and understanding as well as helping the next generation see that they are not wrong. Back to Ashley and Fran. I don't know what his sexuality is. What we do see is that he is incredibly busy... He's just had that naff netflix show come out (presumably filmed in the US). I know we only see a snapshot of their lives but it seems like they had very little time together and she is at home raising their kids.
I don’t care if he is gay or seeing someone else. He always put his work before family. Fran have been looking after the kids all the time. Why having two small kids after so many years and then not try to spend time with them? He is missing out so much and when they are older he will regret it
I originally posted about ash potentially being gay, and it absolutely isn’t about following a trend, I completely disagree with that comment.
It’s just a feeling I have for them, and him but I obviously could be wrong.
either way, I think it’s very cute how they are putting the kids first and have had a lovely day out with them today. I wish them all the best and we will have to wait and see if there’s more to this, or if they genuinely have just drifted apart from lovers into more friends/business.
