I do wonder if there has been any funny business between Ashley and any of the girls in diversity. On the last tour there was a red head who wasn't in the most recent one. Morgan was in the most recent tour and was Ashley's partner for most things and she hasn't been seen with diversity since. Geo, starr and shante are always together and deliver the work shops.
I think shante would be too young for Ashley and geo and starr are like sisters but I do wonder about Morgan. Fran is always going to the gym, doing PT sessions...wonder if he strays or if she worries about that, him being all close and sweaty with other younger, fitter, very attractive women.

I disagree with the younger, fitter and other attractive women comment. Morgan especially is becoming very artificial looking, and Fran is beautiful, doesn’t use filters and keeps it real plus what’s more attractive than being a great mum to your kids?

I don't dispute that fran is beautiful but a mum of 2 run off her feet (who actually looks after her kids and works) vs some of these young girls....

I said this on the naomi thread but where was Ashley today?! He never seems to be with his kids, work seems more important. Jordan has a lot of faults but he was there today throwing himself into playing with the kids. I defo think that as private as he is things aren't great between them

I don't think she's a main member of the group just like Liv the red head from a couple of years ago. I think they're talented dancers but not local enough to be full time members

No surprise there and i know there's so much hate on Jordan and Naomi but there's always been something off about Ashley! I mean is he ever present in his kids lives anyway

So Micah is barely 2 and they've been split for 18 months!

She’s a credit and too good for Ash. This has been 18 months and she has been helping them on tour, doing all the background stuff for diversity, tags him in daily story’s with the kids. She has proved herself to be very classy and dignified, I hope she’s ok!

Aw that’s actually made me quite sad! I thought they might have been proof that you could be low key/successful/child hood sweethearts. I think Chess is lovely, not so sure on Ashley. Chess is looking amazing at the moment too, good for her

I am really gutted as I thought they were just low key but I have a lot of respect for Francesca and how she has kept up appearances. I’m sure we all know if it were Nay and Jord, it certainly wouldn’t be dignified. Hope Ash and Fran are able to remain friends for their sake as well as for their kids and move forward in a positive way

I knew this was the case. I mean, I hoped not but I think it was obvious. I feel like they had a work relationship rather than love. Maybe the 2 children quickly in lockdown days didn’t help and then Ashley threw himself into all the work he could. I hope Fran is happy and can enjoy life. She still seems very much a Banjo and Diversity member. I guess the working relationship is what they have left and what seems to work? It’s just a sad situation that I hope can end in happiness for everyone.

I’m genuinely gutted! I had heard they were moving house but I assume now that they have purchased another to live separately????

New to this thread so excuse my ignorance if I’ve missed anything with these two.. judging on that statement..it pisses me off when a woman stays with her partner through all the highs and lows, births his children, makes endless sacrifices and supports him for him just to throw it away because the spark is gone..relationships after 16 years need work..daily life pressures take over, I just find it so sad that men can walk away with their amazing careers and in Ashley’s case good looks and fit body and his partner is left to pick up the pieces

Sad to hear they have broke up , really like Fran just had a look back at her birthday post to ash in October you’d never guess they weren’t together by that just shows u how false social media is , hope she’s ok I would guess she is heartbroken

I’m presuming they must of split up just after their anniversary in July 2021 as they both posted to each other. Very sad. I like Fran, she roosters up sometimes with posting the kids in the bath but overall she seems a fairly decent hands on, loving mum and person. She’s an absolute credit and Ash is extremely lucky to still have her by his side.

I do wonder if one of them has a new partner and that’s why they’ve finally decided to put it out there. Would make sense for Ash in particular in case he’s papped with someone.
