It's not for medical reasons. He just didn't drive enough for it to be worth paying for, so he thought. My dad is insured on my car and I'm totally fine with it getting used if I'm not needing it.

Unpopular opinion but I would be OK with them rotating the entire calendar. Would definitely make each race at the tracks more special. Especially if they’re adding all these damn races. Then it is even a better opportunity to rotate tracks in and out.
