Yes always 1 preferred driver but the crap you hear "we allow our drivers to race" really? So Lewis gets asked to allow bottles to pass him if quicker? Nah. But might never happen. Red Bull always say we let drivers drive so Perez is quicker 1 time Max is gonna move over. Nope don't believe it.

Hamilton demanding Mercedes prize money as well is a bit much. Wanting a Mercedes AMG One is fair enough I'd say, plenty of manufacturer teams provide "company cars" to their drivers.

Problem for Hamilton comes in the form of younger, cheaper, more likeable George Russell being a ready made replacement. Mercedes could afford to buy out the last year of his contract with Williams, pay him a wage, and still have £30m+ at least to play with.

Yep! And as Toto comes from a financial background he must see that. Let's face it aslong as they are winning Mercedes
don't care who is driving the car and Russell is more than capable as he showed.
