Ahh he sounds cute!
Maybe next time you find yourself doomscrolling, your task is to make a list of places you'd like to explore or walks you could do on Sundays for the next couple of weeks?
It doesn't matter what it is that motivates you, the main thing is that something does! Some days when I'm struggling the only reason I get out of bed is that my cats need feeding and will meow until I feed them! Then whilst I'm in the kitchen I make sure I drink something and open the curtains in the living room and bedroom - even if I then get back into bed
Thank you, that's a good idea! There are sooo many places I want us to go!!
Yeah tbh once I get up and doing something I can actually do the task it's just hyping myself up to get anything done. I am hoping next week will be better, he's with me until tomorrow evening so at least he'll get me up and out for a walk in the morning which will be a good start to the day.
Another thing you could do is join the library. You can then stop doomscrolling and look at a wide variety of magazines on things like Libby or Press Reader. Read books too and listen to audio books. I get lots of inspiration and can screenshot the bits I'm interested in.
I do love audiobooks, so much so I've ran out of hours on Spotify for this month.

They give me something to do when I just want to stare at the wall! I'll have to look into the library, not sure if there is one local to me as I'm not too familliar with the area. Although one nice thing I've done a couple of times is go to the community centre.
It's just doing it, my motivation has just disappeared and I am over it. I want it back!
Thankfully the medication side effects haven't been half as bad today so I enjoyed my walk.
