I’ve had to come to blow off steam.
1- who the actually fudge puts manufactured, chemical NEAT squash into oats?! I love squash, but not in my porridge. I find this MENTAL behaviour from a self-styled fitness and foodie blogger.
2- “Food top-up haul”. It’s called a shop, Nikki
3- sharing the new season “pieces” from Primark. They are pieces all right: pieces of SHIT.
4- if you think a navy gym kit with a couple of contrast stripes is “way-out” then you honestly need to live a little.
5- always trying to flog some unsustainable get thin quick programme and say “down to my own choices” when you regain all the weight you lost living on meagre calories and ugly slop is just so disordered and unhealthy in itself. Someone please have an intervention with this woman. The sheer fact that she buys everything in size XS and then tells everyone shows me she’s dealing with some disordered eating and mindset. Been there, done that and wasted so many years torturing myself.
6- just for kicks, again, weighing fucking cups of TEA! It’s TEA with a piss-dribble of watery skimmed milk, give me peace!!

Like others have said parents are entitled to travel but it’s her attitude to everything that gets peoples backs up.
I think that Paris have their marriage a boost after it’s been on the skids and she’s hoping Prague does the same. But often if you’re expecting it to be ace it wouldn’t be cos she’s built in up to much.
Also after outfit choice for Paris I’ve found her some more options for Prague.

This is the woman who took her children on a plane with a sickness bug, took them into a care home with a bug. Took them out and about with chicken pox. This is a woman with no care for her sick children and no regard for the people she comes into contact with. so she's around 20lbs heavier but still wearing XS ? Yeah yeah OK Nicola !She says weighing herself and finding she weighs more than she wanted 'didn't impact her day whatsoever'. Am i the only one who doesn't believe her? We'll see some more restriction, tuna omelette and tiny portions shortly.
Also, she compares herself to her lowest ever weight, what was that when she was early twenties or younger?... sorry but even the healthiest of us will weigh more than we did at 20! What's she trying to achieve here? Something unsustainable as always

I'm even more stunned that not more of her followers are questioning all of this. Because the people who follow her are in my age bracket/target audience and I am assuming, have a very similar life, and I for one absolutely cannot stand her

Then begging for butlins stay ….. do these people not have Google ??? Or friends and family to give opinions ?????
