I think Pep is done with England, he wants to move on. Or move to a place with better weather, at least you that lives in north England and Scotland know how weak those Mediterranean people are in the winter, Pep starts to coach in a footlong puffer when it's like +5 outside and you go sheisse what the hell will you wear when the snowstorms come?
He would not last long in Sweden. 
Apparantly Panathinaikos are going to pay George Baldock’s widow the remaining salary he would have earnt over the next three years under his contract, and set up a charity match to generate income for the family. If true then a few other clubs could learn lessons.
