Her latest vid. Morning routine couldn't be any further from mines. While she's cooking on her aga with food from the garden I'm running around sniffing food to gauge is freshness and cooking from my council kitchen 😂 hair, makeup I'm sorry but what mum has the time or the energy for this. Maybe I need garden fresh figs...

Amazed how many presents she gets a 32 year old. I don’t know anyone who is an adult who gets that many gifts

I don’t see an issue with her wealth. It seems both families have worked hard with their businesses and have earned it. Fleur also never seems to flaunt her money around and I feel out of most ‘influencers’ she’s remained the most grounded. Doesn’t flog any old shite to her followers and even when she’s talking about expensive brands she will make it clear how expensive it is and I have seen her rave about more affordable things too. I still love watching her all these years later :)

Also the things she donates were worth thousands, so really she has given more than just the £1000.

Couldnt believe my ears when I heard her say Piglet was shitting herself 😂 didnt have her down as the type to swear in front of her child!

The people who flaunt their wealth tend to be ‘new money’ or those with a backstory of rags to riches. In my experience people who are born into money don’t see it as something to be flashy about because it’s a normal way of life for them.
I personally think it’s lovely that she doesn’t flaunt her wealth like some others I could mention... flash cars, always doing designer hauls etc.
like I knew her house was big but it wasn’t till I read on her Instagram (someone else’s comment) that her house is a flipping mansion lol
I think that’s how it should be

She's always rubbed me the wrong way. There is something really repulsive about her - her air of arrogance, her body language. Ugh.

When did she decide to show River so much? We had months and months of the headless baby on her IG and in vlogs, and now that she's a toddler that you could actually recognise she's allowed on social media? I don't understand the logic in that at all...

I felt so sad for her watching her vlog. As much as I don’t really enjoy the beauty content as much anymore I do think it’s refreshing to see she has stayed on brand. Her vlogs have always been some of my favourites (I love seeing how the other half live!) but her whole demeanour was heartbreaking in her latest vlog. She addressed it and shared an intensely personal trauma in such an effortless and genuine way that made it somehow sadder to see. You could tell how heartbroken she was. I think she is a fantastic mum from what we see and little river is clearly thriving (and such a beauty!). I applaud her for keeping her own identity after a child. As someone who is very much a career orientated mother myself it’s refreshing to see someone continue with their own life. Why shouldn’t she, she might not need the money but that doesn’t automatically mean she must stop working or stay home. I note no one has made any comment about mike working away long hours. Yes he comes home but he is out of the house for the vast majority of the day. Why should she be the one to give up her life? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Anyway, I really hope they manage to have their baby in the end. Kudos to her talking about it so soon afterwards too without as many have said the theatrics and poor me videos. Is it awful? Yes. Is ittragic? Yes. But a lights on and facing the camera using a clickbait title demeans the emotion for me.Fleur’s addressing was effortless and engaging without being dramatic. Personality is everything in this game and despite everything going on she has pretty much stuck to regular uploads which is commendable when you compare her to others such as Zoe Sugg or Gabriella Lindlay who have none of the responsibilities she has but can’t upload once a week.

sorry for the rambly long message!!

Fleur is a tricky one for me. I've always liked her in other peoples videos though I didn't watch her channel vids very much, but I liked that she wasn't too over-cheerful ( fake) and could have an intelligent conversation/ keep one going but the biggest downside I'd say is just her pure out of touch wealth. I know she came from money and Mike is loaded as well, but it's just sometimes really... showy and hard to watch someone who can live THAT much of a carefree life and not only enjoys good health, but has the money to take care of any problem big or small.

Having said that, I don't ever feel like she's pushed products or been sneaky, because she truly doesn't need the money and I echo others saying she does YT because she wants and about what she wants and it's not usually a certain type ( bandwagon type stuff) where she's just trying to social/ ladder climb for the sake of success. I kind of feel that same way, so for those reasons, I think she's a lot more genuine than a lot of others.

But again, I've nothing in common with her really :/

Cant say this For certain for Mikes family business, but a lot of millionaires are so rich because they are smart with finding loopholes so they can pay less tax, if any at all. There is no one on earth that does not know that Apple, Google, Disney, Starbuck etc are avoiding tax by pretending to be Irish or the place in Switzerland everyone is sending their money to. Companies get bailout when they are hit by a bad financial catastrophe, but the people who actually pay taxes are left for themselves. This is why some are rightfully critical to when certain (thinking about other rich people now) X amount of money, which is only a small pebble in the fountain of wealth they have.

Happy to see her donating and putting light to the situation, if everyone who was rich (I’m looking at you celebrities crying in your million dollar mansion and wiping your ass with money, whilst complaining about having to isolate. Cunts all of them) did the same, it would make a huge difference.

I remember Fleur used to come into my work when River was a baby and she was so rude. We have this policy where we have to greet every customer and she looked at us like filth
I remember when she first had river she went to a fancy nail salon on regent street that had a no children rule and pretty much turned a whole favourites video into a rant about how they should have made an exception for her

My heart broke for her during the last vlog, I agree that she handled it far better than most youtubers and vloggers.
I think when River was dancing around with the wireless headphones she seemed a bit choked up and upset. Hopefully Fleur and Mike get their rainbow baby, River seems a happy little bean and I think they've done a great job with her.

Really annoys me when she tries to justify her expensive purchases with “I’ve been lusting after it for a long time and finally took the plunge”
She literally says this about every expensive purchase she buys every month.
I don’t care how much she spends because if I had the money I’d do the same - it’s the fake “I’ve been saving up” speal that really winds me up.

She says it every time she buys a new handbag, pair of expensive shoes and now those earrings

I completely agree, it's a joke that people are needing to donate anything, our taxes should be enough to support the NHS.. I blame the tories obviously haha. But I do think that with the amount of money she spends on luxuries and travel £1000 is not a huge amount 💁🏼

Oh let’s not be petty about whether she’s referring to herself as vegan or plant based. She may call herself ‘plant based’ but she answers enough questions about her and Mike being referred to as a vegan. She even said herself she eats vegan.
There’s zero point in going on about how she’s being plant based or vegan or whatever the hell she wants to be and saying she’s only doing it from a sustainability point of view if she’s going to sit and munch on tuna, prawns, lobster bla bla bla and put it out for the whole world to see. Don’t preach about it then sit and eat fish

Someone seriously needs to make a rave about thread for her so we can keep all the happy happy comments about her on there

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but is fleurs big charity initiative simply her donating some items towards an auction? The woman is wealthier than most of us can ever dream of and we are supposed to applaud her for giving away a few things she owns (out of a ludicrous amount). I just find it a bit tacky when a millionaire can spend probably tens of thousands on a new kitchen but asks others to donate their hard earned money whilst she is hailed as a hero.

Is she at least matching the money?
We don't know how much she's donating personally but something is better than nothing. This was a win-win initiative to get people on board while also getting supporting a good cause and raising awareness. I find it ridiculous that we as a nation have to raise money for something the government should be funding adequately but hey ho.

I know. If I spent £150 (let's go with the middle ground) on a pan that someone then said 'Oh I'm just going to use it for decoration' I would not be happy. But I guess I don't hang around in those kind of circles where a £150 gift is nothing......
I think a lot of people use copper pans as decorative items in a kitchen. She said that if she were to use it for cooking it would need to be lined, so personally I didn't take that she was given something and has decided not to use it. I wouldn't be surprised if she was given it with the intention she would use it for decor. Personally if someone gave me a 150 pound antique copper pan, I wouldn't want to cook with it and potentially ruin it. I'd want it on display!

She is personally donating 1000. She said the auction raised 19k and her goal was 20k
