Yesterday they said she's finally won £120 bonus ball or something for having to chase her up for her £2 every week then this morning they put a memory up from last year offering all the staff coffee and no-one wanting one and said this new girl will accept anything for free. I dont care if its their sense of humour they come across as total witches

It just makes me think more and more they are bullies and ruthless about making money. Otherwise why would both Isabel and tessa leave? If things are so fun and rosy working there, they’d stay! I still think it comes down to FB makes a bit of money (let’s face it those £500k houses aren’t just from the husband/partners income) and perhaps the rewards financially are not shared down to their staff.

I think it’s incredibly damaging for new mums to see other mums “bragging” about their child’s sleep. It is NORMAL for babies and young children not to sleep through the night. Why have children if they are such an inconvenience to your life that you need to put them in their own room at just 6 weeks old and force them to be alone or learn nobody is coming when they cry because they’ve woken in the night and can’t get themselves back to sleep so cry themselves to sleep 😫 (but insist they slept through all night) the way Lauren in particular has behaved around having her baby, it seems he is just an accessory.

I think they’ve probably only gone private because it means we can’t post stuff from those accounts on Tattle. So can’t discuss stuff about their kids as much. Dw finchies still plenty of embarrassing stuff on your ~ business ~ account 🙏🏻

Didn’t they post on Twitter about paying their staff only minimum wage? So I guess, while it’s possible they treat people badly too, older adults might not want to stay working in someone else’s bakery on min wage forever either. You surely get to the point where you can start your own bakery business in some way. And Tessa has left to pursue a totally different career in all fairness.
Totally agree they are clearly really stingy with the money but just saying I don’t think the jobs those girls have left are likely to be ‘forever jobs’ if that makes sense, especially not on that wage

Even after going private on their personals, they’re still posting their children on FB. Those two will never learn
Same with the new house. Why do their followers need to be updated on the house progress? Rachel boasts too much

They love posting so like you say, it continues on the business page. It’s not nice to be talked about but equally don’t splash your lives so publicly for everyone to see if you can’t take advice or criticism.

Very true about the jobs, I think if it was me I’d be even more annoyed if I knew they as a company could afford to pay their staff above minimum wage and very angry if they couldn’t pay more but could buy their hideously expensive cars and houses. It’s just vulgar. They wouldn’t be successful or make as much money without their staff. They’ve also recently moved premises again and are doing it up so it doesn’t seem like there is any shortage of funds.

I think it's one thing bad enough to pay them minimum wage, the girls working there do work hard and by the sounds of it, are willing to help out and do any over time they want or need. But then it's even worse that the ones under 25 and 21 get paid even less when they're all doing the same work. Especially to then complain on Twitter about the possibility of having to pay them all the same wage!

Why on earth any young people would see that and want to work for them is truly beyond me. They obviously just want the cheapest labour possible.

I wasn’t sure if the 25% is just for shop collections though? But seriously to go from 10 to 15 to 25 discount...desperate!
You do realise most companies do this. You only have to look on boohoo etc to see. It’s what Black Friday is all about. It slowly creeps up until actual Black Friday.

They used to always force the camera into Isabakes face and take the piss out of her/out of her having a boyfriend. Looks like she’s smashing it now.
