The other night when they were updating the recipe I got loads and loads of emails from them, it was extremely annoying.

I was eyeing up Jane’s Patisserie’s new book in Tesco yesterday, it’s a shame there’s not an active thread about her! Maybe we need a ‘bakefluencers’ thread

They’re not on holiday? After the woe is me can’t afford to pay our bills because we’ve chosen to close for Christmas so please pay for our recipes to give us money for our Christmas leave but actually we’re abroad?!

they’ve gone to Tenerife flights aren’t cheap to there especially over Christmas. I know cos I looked as I wanted to go with my daughter for a week! They’re made of money let’s face it, they aren’t skint..

Don’t really get why tessa is moaning about her mental health. Doesn’t she realise if you drink alcohol and more so binge like she does, the days after a hangover your body is still getting over the toxins and that causes a dip in mood and being all over the place. I suffer from mental health problems and I’ve stopped drinking completely cos it’s no good for me.

if you’ve got poor mental health the last thing you should be doing is drinking alcohol.. she needs to stop moaning and realise what it’s doing to her. Several of my friends also have given up drinking / getting drunk cos of the anxiety and awfulness it causes for them!

£6.50 for a recipe? Are they actually having a laugh……. people can’t afford to put food on the table and they think it’s acceptable to charge £6.50 for it? You can get plenty of recipes off google including Mary Berry’s for free 🫣

From what I’ve read it’s not a kids film it’s more of a woke feminist adult filmed aimed at those who played with barbies as a child. A friend went to see it and came out crying, she said it was very moving and a lot can be taken from it.
The swearing and sexual references would make you think they shouldn’t be taking a child of albas age

I think people saw Barbie and thought yay let’s take our 5 year olds to see it without thinking about it lol everyone I know who took young kids wish they hadn’t. One woman on my fb said a few parents took their kids home half way through. Think it’s mainly for teens and up.

I think this is very true, I dont think they realise people are also probably buying less because their food is shit. To begin with I think a lot of their sales were hype and first time buyers that haven’t turned into repeat customers. Now the pandemic has cooled down and people have better things to do than waste money (a lot of money) on stuff they can make themselves that’s so much nicer and cheaper. Or, buy it elsewhere. Even in a cost of living crisis some people still buy luxuries, but are more selective and stop the frivolous splurges on tat. They are tat. The first place they should start is quality.

This is what I pointed out before.
They blamed Instagram for their lack of sales saying Instagram wasn't showing their posts.
So they had to do give a discount code.
As soon as they gave a discount code.. They got a bunch of sales.

Surely that just shows it's people not wanting to pay full price and not the fact that people aren't seeing their posts?

I find it so sad how Alba is so absorbed with YouTube culture at 4 years old. I know there’s a lot of other kids the same, but it makes me physically cringe when such young kids are going on about likes and subscribing to channels etc idk in my opinion kids that age should be into like Disney and peppa pig or some shit, not randoms on YouTube. Why would you want your kid to grow up quicker than they have to

I know they love being iPad mums but have they not heard of Netflix, Disney plus, Iplayer etc?

She put on alba sending her messages off her iPad in her own room In the evening I think that’s terrible !!! I mean she’s 4????
