Grumbling on Insta they can’t remember life pre childrenb and they wish they could just get up and go and do things again.
sorry how many nights out / events have they been to without their children? Endless.
abroad holidays - if you include Paris is it 4 or 5? Mexico, New York,Paris and Ibiza but feel like I’m missing one …
Pull the other, I’m surprised their children recognise them for the amount of time they actually spend with them. So so sad / insulting to those parents who genuinely don’t get a minutes break.

I think they find it funny to have the ‘my kids are arseholes’ attitude.

It looks like a lighter sponge. I reckon it would be fine. If you’re worried though, I’d stick to a recipe you’ve used before (unless you could remake it if you weren’t happy).

Thanks, I gambled on it and glad I did. It’s so easy and it is so fluffy, you’re right it’s so light. I would’ve used my go-to recipe but I would have had to cream butter and sugar together which without my mixer wouldn’t have been possible! Don’t think I’ll ever go back to that now I’ve found this.

Came on here to say the same thing! Those cookies look SO burnt, you’d think they would realise by now that everything is burnt and adjust their cooking times accordingly!

BURNT they should know (or whoever is making them) that they should be a golden brown all over & uniform in colour. Who the duck are they employing? Just seems like they actually don’t care about how they turn out anymore. Quality over quantity

Seeing the outside of them makes my think they'll be solid and dry asf too!
I guess it's on par with their cakes though

I think they need to change things up with their products, it’s the same stuff all the time and it just looks kind of boring now, even how they’re boxed up feels a bit meh - maybe I’ve just followed them for too long lol

Definitely. My favourite local baker is just herself, baking in her kitchen. She is forever coming up with new products and ideas. FB haven’t changed anything in years, they haven’t progressed or developed. They just seem stagnant.

Exactly it’s good to bring out new things, I’ve ordered once and I won’t order again because I’ve already tried it and they weren’t amazing enough to get more

I haven’t tried theirs but I have tried George’s bakery and I wouldn’t get them again.

I’ve tried his before and they weren’t good, didn’t even taste nice and it’s just a load of sugary crap mashed together, saw a tiktok review of his products and they said the same thing!

Every time we've had them, always ended up with bad stomachs after too!
Every single person that ate them.
And we've had them 4 or 5 times now as he lives a few miles down the road to me.

Only had his stuff once a few years ago but yep.. tasted disgusting (and I have a huge sweet tooth!) and I had a bad stomach for a couple of days afterwards too!

I've seen a number of people say that now! Eat George's bakery... Get the people.

I’ve ordered from George’s too and never tasted such a bitter brownie in my life and everything just tasted the same no flavour whatsoever just sugar!! And then finch stuff was horrible too. The blondies weren’t cooked properly they were just stodgy and the cake jars made my teeth itch

I really wanted to order from George’s bakery, I don’t want the Tommy bits So thanks for the heads up - although may be good on my weight loss that week?
