I watched one of Ryan's videos, it wasn't the most recent one, but maybe the one before that. I was sort of shocked at the type of property he is looking for, mostly the price of what he's looking to spend. Then he said he "has investors".
Who in their right mind would go into any sort of investment deal with the two of them, given that he's bankrupted every company he's ever had? I'm assuming these investors either don't know about them or just don't care.

Ryan stating he is a developer now, I can assure you his company has gone bankrupt in France.
Interesting to hear Fern touch on how they are mortgage free in today's vlog.
I guess many people could be mortgage free if they bankrupted every company they start and have the loans associated with those companies wiped clean. Fern and Ryan are mortgage free thanks to the bankruptcy system/laws, as well as the vendors who didn't get paid, not because either one of them are some type of financial or property ladder genius!
That’s exactly who they are and what they do. A recent vlog shows them paying €330 for a weeks shop as if it was normal - I guess they haven’t learnt.

I was just coming here to say this! I haven't seen his video, but have watched hers. He quits his "business" because he can't handle the stress of dealing with people and has been seen in the last couple of Fern's video talking about how he's itching to work (I think he calls it "create something" or some such nonsense) and feels like a failure (I'm paraphrasing) if he's not doing something constructive with his time.......but feels more productive when he's alone and not being bothered by people or the phone. They are THE LAST people on earth I'd ever want to take life advice from!
