Was watching another vlog and when I came out, this one was in my recommendations. It's Ryan's channel, detailing what he's going to be doing in 2026. Sounds like he and Fern will be house flipping for a living.

This caught my eye too so I dug a little deeper. Nothing adds up with either of them and lo and behold the latest is his UK company (Leo interiors) is on the verge of being liquidated. His creditors are owed £438,000. £100,000 is company loan from himself but the rest is to a multitude of contractors/suppliers/banks and includes German, Belgium, British companies - you can find the documents online.

I'm sure they have pretty much exhausted their credit, left many businesses and individuals being owed money whilst appearing to live the good life in France. She doesn't earn much from her yt channel and certainly not compared to her expenditure and upkeep and so I think the walls are slowly closing in on them.

Every word which exits his mouth is pure BS and he certainly doesn't have the money to start flipping houses I'm guessing.

Blue Magic Flooring Ltd was in liquidation in 2018 and Leo interiors his next business had assets of -170k in 2022 about the same time they moved to France, he is now winding up for more than 400k. His French company had a redressement order for 18 months due to debts. I doubt he has ever made money and just spent everyone elses.

When I first found her through Nikki positano I could not understand how she/they had some wealthy reputation. As a new watcher they sure do not appear to have a lot of money at all. Always shopping ikea. (Fair enough for kids or basic stuff but not luxe if that’s what they want people to believe) No countertops or hood and hardly any furniture. Car repair took a looong time. But then they blew a ton of money going skiing for Xmas and buying ski gear and multiple ski outfits that they will never wear in south of France. (Not like the live somewhere cold to get use out of any of it) So it’s unnecessary spending if they can’t afford countertops or pay his sub contractors and bills.

Now..: Multiple vlogs with Fern down and homesick. Just watched his video… no wonder. She’s depressed about another failed business and they are living in a very expensive area with an unfinished apartment. The debt must be insane. Maybe they should work where they can locally part time, finish this apartment to SELL and face reality of working real jobs and living in their means. He’s into fitness l… be a trainer to earn extra and she needs to just plain get some work if the need money. Ironing and potting plants every day and vlogging ain’t gonna get them then out of this hole. She needs to do more. Maybe also move home… I have to think it’s less expensive.

I honestly can't wait to see this couple get what they deserve, to advertise yourself as a contractor and show the low standard of work in that roof space is pure desperation. Fern spends money like they've won the lottery, he gives a price and no breakdown for the jobs he does (illegal in France) and all the while failing to mention he is going bust in the UK for 500K. That's where their lifestyle has come from - ITS OVER. Their flat will be on the market soon to keep the facade alive.

I think they said their house sold for over £100k more than they bought it. Doesn't mean they actually made a profit in general if they had debts.

I just discovered his previous business (blue magic flooring) went into liquidation for 250k in 2021 and Leo interiors is in liquidation from 2023 for 430K. These two have been living off others for years, all of her botox, designer labels etc is just other peoples money.

I've just found court documents relating to Ryan redressement judiciare in France. As of 2023 his French business was already into over 300k of debt that he was unable to pay back. Over 200k of Covid fund relief and multiple loans, overdrafts etc. Can I remind you that his English business was going into liquidation at the same time for over 400k of liabilities.

THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED, THEIR FAKE LIVES AND GRIFTING HAVE TO END.

I have often wondered why she bothers with YT as her views are rubbish and will be paying her peanuts especially with how intrusive it was in the kids lives etc I used to think it well maybe it is like a hobby for a rich businessman's wife and thats all it is

But maybe it was all for the facade of that image to promote how successful Ryan was and to move in the right circles to pick up contracts etc .
Otherwise they would have been plain Ryan and Fern from Doncaster not Ryan and his YT Influencer wife Fern !

She bursts into his room with a camera in his face while he is chilling , tells him to organise his desk and then humiliates him by opening the cupboards and showing the mess. No wonder he doesn't want to be on camera. Then she puts up that hideous picture with a bear in a room full of sweets and bathroom scales. She is a narcissist with OCD, obsessive about not eating carbd and is at risk of fostering an eating disorder in Nancy. God knows that ballet is already high risk for eating disorders. Those poor kids

As of 4th April 2026 Ryans French business has gone bankrupt. His English business is in the same position 400k of debt. And they are making vlogs about potentially buying a villa €1.5million ALL of this while botoxing, ski holidays, blah blah blah. They have a history of living far beyond their means -Thieves.​
