Was watching another vlog and when I came out, this one was in my recommendations. It's Ryan's channel, detailing what he's going to be doing in 2026. Sounds like he and Fern will be house flipping for a living.

This caught my eye too so I dug a little deeper. Nothing adds up with either of them and lo and behold the latest is his UK company (Leo interiors) is on the verge of being liquidated. His creditors are owed £438,000. £100,000 is company loan from himself but the rest is to a multitude of contractors/suppliers/banks and includes German, Belgium, British companies - you can find the documents online.

I'm sure they have pretty much exhausted their credit, left many businesses and individuals being owed money whilst appearing to live the good life in France. She doesn't earn much from her yt channel and certainly not compared to her expenditure and upkeep and so I think the walls are slowly closing in on them.

Every word which exits his mouth is pure BS and he certainly doesn't have the money to start flipping houses I'm guessing.


All of his previous uk companies have been liquidated.

His French company seems to have recently come out of an 18 month "plan de redressement" basically and agreement to pay back debts which will cause problems for him when obtaining credit for suppliers etc.

The guy is a scammer.

I think they said their house sold for over £100k more than they bought it. Doesn't mean they actually made a profit in general if they had debts.

I just discovered his previous business (blue magic flooring) went into liquidation for 250k in 2021 and Leo interiors is in liquidation from 2023 for 430K. These two have been living off others for years, all of her botox, designer labels etc is just other peoples money.

Does anyone know how she can afford to buy the designer clothes and jewellery? That Van Celebes bracelet is four grand unless it’s a knock off.

How actually successful is Ryan’s business? And why on earth did they sell their house to hole themselves up in a tight fitting apartment for four people with literally no garden?

Ryan's French business has been in Financial redressement for 18 months (public available information). This means at some point he has not been able to pay his bills supplier/contractors or most likely his social insurance contributions which I believe to be the case. Basically a financial agreement to try and pay off the debt before you go bankrupt. This coincided with their down sizing, I doubt they paid off his debt and most likely the remaining funds pays for her delusions of grandeur. All of their previous businesses in uk went into liquidation so I'm guessing its just a matter of time here in France.

I like it that they have an active family Sunday, but then to go on and on about not eating ”naughty food”, and earning treats, and not eating when going out to eat by claiming she’s not hungry (then admitting when the food came she was ravenous) is so going to screw up her daughter. Stop showing your kids your own screwed up issues over food!

Like when she was making those birthday pancakes and saying how disgusting they were and how they were going to spike their insulin.
Kids don't need to hear that, either cook them a nice treat and let them enjoy or don't bother. They don't need the food guilt

The info I shared is freely available on line. It's normal to have stage payments for building projects here in France. 80% of new business don't survive two years because of cash flow and I suspect he is falling into this category. Social charges and taxes are very high compared to the uk in the sector he works in, they probably spent money before paying what they owe to the government/suppliers.

She doesn't have a registered business in France so where does she declare her earnings? she lives here full time and her vlogs are France based so she should be self employed - she isn't.

They got ALOT to do in that place before they can flip it. Fern seems to be taking full advantage of being in the city with her new friend. Out again with her on the lash.
Don't know how well Leo's interiors is doing. We no longer see it on YouTube, as that particular channel has been shelved much like Ferns healthy living insta page. Flakey much.

His business has been in what the French call redressement fiscal for 6 months. It means at some point he didnt have the money to pays his suppliers, workers and taxes etc. And a judge has formulated a plan to repay the outstanding debts. It’s one step short of going bankrupt basically.

Also poor Seth, saying they hate laziness just because he had a lie in on a Sunday. It's a well known fact that teens need a lot more sleep.

I despise people spouting about 'laziness' when what they mean is 'catching up on sleep'. Ironically Seth was doing something good for his health and wellbeing, probably more than her ridiculous dieting does.

The latest flog of the wedding trip to Italy OMG her face in the car shots looked like it was a plastic mask and shes had so much filler and botox her face hardly moves , she must have a filter on as well

The constant talk of fasting in and I wont eat carbs in front if the kids or oh dear I need a treat with then 5 minutes if stuffing her face is ridiculous ! One if those kids is going to end up with an ED being around her obsession with food and dieting , she even picked on the young daughter for her choice of “ processed” bread sandwich .

She is just vain and vacuous now , that far too short dress she had on for the wedding was from abercrombie and fitch, that’s a teenagers early twenties brand , worn with an old ladies hat ! She seemed pissed she couldn't film at the wedding !

The only interesting part was Ryans shots of scenery on his run !

Good to see the kids fighting and acting up , bet they are sick of her filming them whenever they go somewhere !

I really don't know why she bothers the view numbers are rubbish , she must earn hardly anything from it !

I don’t think she’s cottoned on that she’s simply dislikable to watch. Clearly the views show that. After so many years and no traction on the channel you’d think she’d get the message, but no, not ‘our Fernibops’.

There is hardly anything to the young daughter, slim as they come and a child ta boot. Very wrong of Fern to chastise the child for eating a bloody sandwich. And yes, not only the son but now the daughter is showing openly her disdain for being filmed.

Yeh, I didn't have a problem with the fridge. It's pretty normal for French girls that age to be getting into skincare. But like you say, some of the contents were very questionable for her young skin. Considering Fern seems obsessed with what she puts inside and on her own body, you'd think she'd do more research about what is suitable for a kid.

I'm done with all the 'gorgessness' all the good stuff...If you buy the right foods without it costing an arm and a leg you will get the right balance of nutrients the body needs... There is no need for the amount of supplements she takes. I used to enjoy watching her doing her daily life stuff, but since they have sold up and moved on she appears to be failing in finding content. She said the next vlog was going to be a healthy eating one in which caseI won't be watching... The idea of setting up another IG accout was for those who were interested in her healthy eating and yet it seems that may have gone South. Everything is so fake and shallow now both body and image obsessed.. Shame really as she could have done more with her channel.

I've just watched Sunday's vlog. Poor Seth. She bursts into his room with a camera in his face while he is chilling , tells him to organise his desk and then humiliates him by opening the cupboards and showing the mess. No wonder he doesn't want to be on camera. Then she puts up that hideous picture with a bear in a room full of sweets and bathroom scales. She is a narcissist with OCD, obsessive about not eating carbd and is at risk of fostering an eating disorder in Nancy. God knows that ballet is already high risk for eating disorders. They have just returned from the UK and Fern has had so much filler put into her cheeks that she can hardly move her face and her eyes have disappeared!!
