I watched one of Ryan's videos, it wasn't the most recent one, but maybe the one before that. I was sort of shocked at the type of property he is looking for, mostly the price of what he's looking to spend. Then he said he "has investors".
Who in their right mind would go into any sort of investment deal with the two of them, given that he's bankrupted every company he's ever had? I'm assuming these investors either don't know about them or just don't care.

Interesting to hear Fern touch on how they are mortgage free in today's vlog.
I guess many people could be mortgage free if they bankrupted every company they start and have the loans associated with those companies wiped clean. Fern and Ryan are mortgage free thanks to the bankruptcy system/laws, as well as the vendors who didn't get paid, not because either one of them are some type of financial or property ladder genius!

That’s exactly who they are and what they do. A recent vlog shows them paying €330 for a weeks shop as if it was normal - I guess they haven’t learnt.

Why get a random ‘interim wardrobe’ … please please just get the built in wardrobes DONE! It’s such a small job , compared to the massive renovation they have been through and it would make the bedrooms!!! And their apartment looks great- I actually really like her content.
