I don’t think she has. I’m a personal trainer myself and I have barely any time to train myself. I wish I had as much time as she did
. She’s not relatable at all. Anyone who pushes PN and PP training who’s never had a child is a bit hypocritical in my book. I’m a female only PT and I’ve been through pregnancy so I believe I’m able to relate a lot more.
