Usually someone her size loses quiet a bit in their first 4 weeks of a weight loss plan, I know it can ease off to a lb or 2 a week but at her size, if she truly changed her eating habits and was having small healthy meals throughout the day, coupled with excersise, she should have lost nearly a stone by now, so either there is a medical reason for her not losing weight or she's just not being honest about what she's eating and how much she's exercising, she should be trying to get them steps up over 15,000, and try and keep her calories at a minimum.
I'm really not trying to be nasty but she's the one documenting this shit, I honestly don't think anyone will be looking to her for weight loss advice
