I wore Charlotte tilbury’s more sex yesterday. It’s probably more of an evening fragrance, but I’d bought it a very long time ago and there was no point in “saving it”.

Yes, it's lovely 😍 essentially a sweet, makeup powder scent
I'd sprayed two of his fragrances in John Lewis and the assistant then sprayed another, got home, loved one but couldn't remember which one it was so I bought samples of musc blanc & musc nude. Pretty sure it was the poudree that I liked best so thank you!!

Has anyone become nose blind temporarily?
The day before yesterday I set aside time to chose a light citrusy perfume. I must've sniffed at least fifteen and in the end plumped for a DKNY citrus one.
Since then I can smell nothing. I sprayed on a bit of my DKNY and got absolutely nothing so I thought it must be a dud. So I tried one of my really heavy hitters - again nothing.
It's so bloody frustrating 😩 😂

My all time fav perfume has been discontinued. It was the signature, original Michael Kors perfume. If any of you are familiar with it can you recommed any alternatives with a similar smell? Thanks 😁
I have this and it’s very tuberose heavy, so you could look at Fracas, and one of the Kilian’s I currently can’t remember the name of.

I was in Zara again today and sprayed the Jo Loves energetically New York one. It smelt sooo similar to something else I’ve had before. I was wracking my brains and eventually gave up and googled it. It’s le labo santal 33. It’s a good dupe if anyone is interested.

SOTD was Bal d'Afrique by Byredo…which I completely forgot I’d received a 2ml sample of when I bought Inflorescence.

*Inflorescence as it happens was only grand, as a work perfume

What’s this like? Have it in my basket but not sure if it’s a need when I have Delina exclusif
To me its a sweet(ish), powdery rose. Its more powdery than Delina ( this to me is more of a fruity hit ) . The rose gourmand is more rosy - kind of a mix of Baccarat Rouge 540(sweetness but not as sweet) and Poudree ( Narciso ) mixed with rose ( but not the english garden floral type ).

I hope that helps ( also on my 2nd bottle of this as i do really like it)

Sounds lovely, I try not to use my Delina too much as it’s so pricey, this could be a good alternative!
