Baked sweet potato with brie and caramelised red onion chutney if I'm feeling fancy 😋

Tend to have taco beans on a normal baked potato and haven't got bored of it yet
tell me more, tell me more! Where/what brand is the caramelised red onion? And taco beans I am beyond intrigued!

Part cook potato in microwave for quickness. Then quarter, rub with oil, black pepper and rock salt. Crispen up in Actifry. Then top with chilli and sour cream!! Lush! Or some mac n cheese in.

Tuna Mayo is my favourite, then chilli and cheese but other toppings I like are; Broccoli cheese, mushrooms cooked in light philidelphia and a splash of milk, a garlic clove and a bit of paprika.
Also chicken, peanut butter, chili flakes, tomato puree and honey. It's like a satay flavour.

Cook, scoop the middle out , mash it up with loads of cheddar, salt and pepper , butter and salad cream then load back into the jacket and bake again 👌🏼

I havent had a jacket in ages!!!! According to everyone who has tried mine, i make the nicest ones lol I just wick them all over rub with olive oil and salt and peper and cook on a med heat in foil for an hour. After an hour I turn the oven up one more notch take off the foi;l and cross the top for the final hour. The jackets come out with lovely crispy skin and a fluffy inside.
Toppings I like are chilli and cheese, beans and cheese, bolognaise sauce and my college days fave, beans and coleslaw.

Cottage cheese yum yum

How long do you leave them in the slow cooker? and Is it on low or high? Thats a genius idea as I wont go out with my oven left on.
