Watch at own risk

Stay at home, says the woman who went to Cabos and Atlanta. She also sneezed and then put the eye stuff in her face.
She comes across as very insincere.

I just really can't get over some of their actions. they say Abbie thrives on chaos - but that seems like it really means that she just likes when there is action around her, when there is music and voices and lots for her to observe. how can they ignore how many benefits there would be to keeping her to a schedule? it doesn't even have to be crazy rigid. but something like making her pick up her pillows and blankets every morning, something they could do even when they are traveling, would help reinforce that task so much. consistency with these tasks are the best way to help her learn, and they seem to know that, and yet still don't follow through. and it doesn't have to be the exact same every night, but it would help. but things like their addiction to eating out wears down on these things - it means no dishes for her to load/unload from the dishwasher, no setting the table, etc..

and I will die on this hill, but there is no excuse for them to not do these things with her. it is literally their job! they gave up the shop so their job is literally just to help Abbie learn and to film it and provide that for other families - and they are utterly failing at that. they could be using whatever time that Abbie is (normally) at school to edit and then when she's home be committed to helping her.

I remember in a recent vlog Asa saying something about only filming 30-45 minutes a day (as part of a defense about how we don't see the whole picture of their day). but I've taken film and editing classes. it should not be taking 4+ hours to edit 45 minutes of footage into a 12 minute video, especially since they aren't worried about things like continuity, consistent audio, etc.. they cannot claim 80+ hours of work a week, especially when we see how little they actually do with Abbie - until now, when forced to.

eta: I'm not trying to sound like I know everything about editing. at a professional level it can take a very long time - an hour or more for one minute of finished footage. but that's when you are combining multiple shots from multiple angles, performances, thinking about things like narrative and pacing, considering audio levels and mixing, background music. however, when he is primarily just cutting out uninteresting/unflattering footage, it should take a fraction of the time. especially if he only has, at most, an hour of footage to work with.

But you do let her get her way. You even said in a recent vlog that sometimes she's just so excited about getting away with somethings that you just let it be.
Exactly. "Oh no, Abbie is choking on the chicken she stole from my plate. She's so stinkin' cute!"

The reason they “let Abbie get her way” is either one of two reasons.
They truly cannot handle her. If they try it backfires w Abbie having a meltdown and they can’t keep showing those.
Or the second,is because something like this makes for good vlog content. All the ooh’s and ash’s that come from the fanatics is worth letting her go.
They have learnt what the fans comment the most on,and what they think is cute and will garner the most comments.
P knows deep down she has absolutely no way of controlling Abbie. She hasn’t the strength nor the fortitude to do so. She has let Asa take charge all these years. She couldn’t even take charge when Abbie was younger, allowing her to pummel her at the ballfield.
As I said, they have studied their audience. They know what plays and what doesn’t. Abbie “being Abbie” seems to win the hearts. So now,if it gets the monies, they will just let it be.

"We know Abbie is supposed to be working on stealing food from other people's plates, but let's make a funny tiktok about her trying to steal a bite from a sandwich for views!"

And galavants around with a child that touches everything and everyone and puts her fingers in her nose, mouth , and other places... P & A have no self awareness... they are the last people to be preaching stay at home. Even now they aren't staying at home and they have that big resort to live in.. when most of us are being quarantined in average size houses and some even small apartments.... you would think them living with a pool and large yard like that .. wouldn't be too hard to stay home.

How hard is it to answer this question without being condescending?
I remember when I was a Kool aid sipper,( I refuse to say I was a leghumper!) Ass mentioned in a vlog that Abbie jumped in a pond by their old house. Ass was trying to get her out, she wasn't listening so he said he had to jump in the nasty water to get her.

Does anyone notice Becca has stayed away?.. Smart girl. I bet they are really missing Becca's help taking Abbie off their hands.

I agree 100%. She did much better when Brandy was at the helm. Even on her days off they kept her schedule. They may not have done everything, but at least something. Two years ago she would walk in, take off her shoes and put them away. Empty her backpack: put lunch dishes in the sink, papers on counter. Then she would hang up her backpack. She doesnt do that now. She kicks off her shoes, pees, and gets food, then goes to rock. Its ridiculous. I am all about doing tasks, my hilltop is the idea that she has to be constantly entertained and played with. Yes I know she is a toddler, but even toddlers can play independently for short bursts. I cant imagine constantly trying play and entertain a 40 yr old Abbie.

She drew blood from herself and they continue the task. Take her inside and bandage that tit for her. SMH.
Also I can't imagine how intimidating it is for Abbie to complete a task with two adults towering over her, I'd hate that. Get on her level you dimwits.

Oh and STOP MONETISING HER EDUCATION. Her learning isn't for financial gain, have some fking boundaries.

we are on exact the same page! and that's why I found this forum, when I realized they were backpedaling on those skills they had worked on and not following through. they should keep a basic schedule for her, remain consistent with tasks. or at least, admit where she has regressed, and work on rebuilding those skills, like with putting her bag/dishes away. it would probably be of more benefit to her if they still packed her a lunch like at school and had her plate it/put the dishes away like she would normally do at school - instead of trying to "teach her how to make a grilled cheese".

and, agreed. I'm not ever saying they should be playing with her all the time, that is unrealistic for all parents, even those with NT children. but they should make some effort occasionally - or make some things more available for her to entertain herself. that hedgehog toy they were using today - that is something they could give her to play with on her own, and even if she ends up frustrated and throwing most of the pegs away, at least it's something for her to work on briefly, or would take minimal effort on their part to work with her on. and we've seen how she enjoys light/bubble toys - maybe it doesn't fit with Priscilla's home decor, but they could bring those out more often. even if it's not every day, more than once a month would be good to see.

Anyone notice that p actually seems to think shes beautiful and slim and hot and sexy lately. Shes often seen lounging by the pool in her bathing suit, she's dancing in those stupid tiktok things, and holy cow now she's wearing shirts saying #these curves. Just an aside...there's a big difference between curves and slabs of fat.

Omg! Her feet! Maybe they did this on purpose. Pretty obvious.
Oh and in a clip from today, Summer tries teaching Absent to sign I love you, and tickles her not 1, not 2, butC3 times in the 30 second CV lip.
Why dont they just rename their vlog "We always eat"
If Pilla keeps eating foods she is not supposed to, even if the quantities are not like she use to eat, her pouch will stretcg, and her appetite will return 10 times as bad. Couldn't believe the size of the mega burger she had in her hand, and that same night she made a big supper and they ate outside. Your mindset has to be in the right place in order to have that surgery. Thats why they make you go to a shrink before you can get approved. Apparantly she should have been denied.

My disenchantment with them started shortly before their move. I have been watching them for about three years (found them after the diagnosis of both of my kids). Slowly they went from people who seemed to get it to what they are now.

Finding this site was a complete accident- it was during their time in Atlanta iirc and tattle showed up in my google news! (I think it was at thread #8)

It was nice to see some of the same issues I've been having, re: their extravagant spending, not following thru on therapies. Each vlog started feeling like, "look at this new thing I bought!"

Also really nice to see that I'm not the only one who absolutely HATES the mouth smacking/ "fish bubbles" stim. That alone makes me not want to watch them BECAUSE HE TURNS IT WAY UP. (PLEASE STOP IT, ASA, IT IS GROSS). I almost throw my phone everytime.

Lately now since finding you all, I'm starting to think he puts those bubbles in just so we wont watch them hahaha
Oh yes, the lip smacking tit makes me so mad I want to slap my own damn face. You are by far not the only one.

I get some places are open around the country. But if the order is to stay in-stay in!
The weather broke a bit here today and sadly, many people were put and about just like it was any other day-except of course it isnt!
This virus is getting worse by the day,and one of the reasons is people just refuse to have common sense!
Every day those clowns go out. Whether to DD or fast food restaurants or grocery shopping.
Yeah,I get we all run out of things, and may need to run out to get them, but they truly are NOT quarantining themselves. First clue is Dummer going back there.
It’s all about them, and cluck anyone else.
P should be reported to LL for that disgrace of a video. Am sure they would appreciate seeing their employee snorting, rubbing her nose, etc while doing a tutorial for their products!
Not defending them, in Jacksonville specifically our Mayor has not ordered a shelter in place and the governor is leaving it up to local governments to decide. We are recommended to practice social distancing and go out with appropriate caution but no official order.....so I guess in their heads they are not breaking any rules. But I won’t even go to the mailbox without a can of Lysol to hose everything down before I bring it in the house lol!

What really gets me upset is they can make coffee from home and food from home. Abbie is nonverbal. They're needlessly going out for luxury, not out of necessity. If Abbie gets sick she will not be able to verbalize to them how bad she is or if she can't breathe. WTF will they do when she gets so sick and has to go into the hospital?!? Ass is commenting back to people that everything is a risk. Yes, everything is a risk, but lowering one's exposure to others gives them a much better chance they will not get sick. Seriously, it makes no sense and really is extremely poor judgment on their part.
Food comes first for them. These ppl gotta eat & maintain! They eat at minimum 2 lg. meals/day. Even Abbie eating grilled cheese the other day w/ a full yogurt & a plate full of vegie straws is too much food. And it’s carbs, fats, sugar.... no fruit or veggies. I get full after 1/2 a yogurt cup!

Then today allowing Abbie to swim after a big meal. They could’ve done a better job preventing her from going in, but it was something to vlog. She looked like she could have a diar. explosion if she wanted to. Too out of control! I wouldn’t trust her at any hour with that pool. She’s at higher risk of drowning. And she’s not a strong swimmer AT ALL. She doesn’t even swim along properly.

And I will give Asa this...he knows what hs's doing when it comes to vlogging, editing, special shots, etc. That is exactly why I know he doesnt spend all those hours editing. The better you are at something, the faster you can do it. He may be working 80 hours a week but 60 hours is most likely spent on reading this blog, and ones like it. Or porn, lol.

I guess self quarantining is for suckers. And it’s not just them. People are getting seriously sick/dying and fools just keep on keeping on. They talk up a good game to the followers about how rough it is,then show themselves out and about.
Those fans who are now down to their last dimes I hope are enjoying the food they bought for the family.
