I am so sorry about the passing of your little baby.... I think your posts hits the nail on the head. I have 2 kids as well and I genuinely think social media is causing me to have a bit of post partum depression. Everyone seems to handle everything fine and stuff then I'm like nah they are getting everything sent to them. Their meals cooked. Their washing done and they have unlimited access to childcare. Most families don't have that luxury. I have had literally 4 hours to myself in 6 months I can count them!! Even a shower baby in bathroom with me with a unsupportive husband and no family help so I think that's why she irritates me so much..... feel like shaking her going u have no idea
Thank you xx I’m lucky that I have a supportive family and my partner is amazing, but I would certainly get a bollocking if I swanned off because I had a rit few hours sleep or a morning meltdown with my coffee as often as her. You have to do what you have to do as a mother, watching her stories has me absolutely raging lately and I have to skip her totally most of the time. I find social media can be a bit toxic for me at times so I just come off it. The only thing she’s influencing the last while especially is other people’s anger.

How come the staff member in the background is not wearing a mask? They are all meant to wear mask to... would it be because it was probably recorded last week when she was in there and with your man doing all her bits. She probably edited it to not get this backlash she is getting anyhow!
I’m all for masks by the way and think everyone should be wearing them but I reckon ye are all jumping the gun on this one! And no I’m not Grace or anyone that knows her.
Suzanna Jackson isn’t getting half the hate Grace is and she went to Portugal on holidays! (Prob not social distancing either)
Even if it was filmed last week she should have been wearing a mask!!! If she gave a tit about other people!!

Very sorry to hear that... you sound like a very strong mama.. and your angel baby is very proud of you I've no doubt xxx

But with grace... I dont think needs more gp or more therapists.... I think she needs a prescription of a good kick up the hole... I know that sounds harsh..but shes acting like a spoilt cat... she jus needs a slap of reality.....no matter what she does now wont help her.. it's gone too far...
She needs to just stop 🤚
Thank you...I certainly hope so, I try to make her proud every day!
I just feel she’s totally lost and is very low about it...she doesn’t care about her appearance, her house is upended, her kids seem to be pawned off to whoever will take them and her business is going down the pan at breakneck speed. She’s on a downward spiral and needs to get her mind healthy...but I agree she needs a boot up the backside by her family and kips although he needs a few words too.

Thank you! I’m doing good now...it took a while to get back to normal in my head but we have had amazing support from everyone. And although I’d probably get away with a few “MH” days where my family would happily take the kids and clean my gaff...I’d get a root up the hole if I took the piss like our Gracey!
Take care of yourself 💗

I know people have their issues with Rosie but she’s had issues with mental health. She acknowledges that and takes time out then speaks about her experiences and what helps her. That’s it. It feels a more honest account and she doesn’t go on and on and on about it.
I actually worked with Rosie before all the blogging etc. She’s actually a lovely girl, and as sceptical as people can be I still see the girl I knew. And she’s always had her makeup, nails and hair done perfectly...you’re talking a good 10 years ago! And even then she spoke about mental health and stuff. so I know it’s not a bandwagon thing. She might not be everyone’s cup of tea but at least she doesn’t use her MH as an excuse.

In my old job I used to saw Rosie a few times at like 5am! She was always really cheerful and always took the time to say hi if anyone wanted to chat or anything. Didn’t come across as fake or forced or anything, she just comes across as naturally nice x

Aw thanks guys, you’re all so lovely!
My point was that we all have our trauma or our bad days/weeks/months but absolutely none of us would get away with even a fraction of what Grace has gotten away with. If I told my boss I wanted to take a MH day because my gaff is in bits or my kids were annoying me or Id have to not produce my work on the deadline set I’d be sacked on the spot! As an adult, you are responsible and accountable...end of!!

There’s actually a rave thread about Rosie on this guys. Can everyone keep to DisGracey Facey or at least compare them in the same comment!

Sorry if this comes across as being so harsh... but if Grace is feeling so anxious and needs a mental health break /day off after only coming back from a few days away from her kids, where she not once mentioned her anxiety or used the word mental health once then maybe Graces kids need to be removed from her care. As it’s really coming across from her stories these past few weeks that she has bouts of anxiety when she’s with her kid(s) but doesn’t have any when she’s away from them.
Grace if you are reading this thread do those 2 innocent children a huge favour and give them to someone who will appreciate them and not exploit them for Instagram content....
I think grace is mixing up an anxiety attack with a panic attack. She/people discussing her keep referring to them as panic attacks, whereas people have correctly pointed out that she has recovered from them fairly quickly and they seem to be in response to triggers rather than spontaneous. Hence the lack of "panic attacks" while away without the kids. Panic attacks don't work that way. Anxiety attacks however can be in response to a trigger- i.e. overwhelmed by the kids, fearing the level of backlash online etc. And while they can sometimes have physical traits similar to that of a panic attack, they can be handled a lot easier and are not as physically taxing. A panic attack can literally feel like the onset of a heart attack. An anxiety attack feels like adrenaline pumping through your body and heart racing, but it subsides quite quickly and because it is in response to a trigger, and the onset is gradual, it is a lot easier to manage and diffuse. Panic attacks feel like a genuine medical emergency which obviously then heightens the anxiety and lessens the ability to control them. I am not sure if grace/others know there is a difference, and may think the two are interchangeable when discussing her anxiety, which leads to inconsistencies. I dont follow her enough to know if it is her using incorrect terms when she is referring to these attacks or if some people discussing her are assuming panic attacks are the same as anxiety attacks, so please do let me know if it is her using the terms incorrectly, id be interested to know.

Either that or she is just outright lying 🤷🏼‍♀️
I actually never knew the difference so thanks for that.

I get anxiety attacks now and then and when I'm experiencing them the first thing I do is knock my phone off and instagram gets deleted for a good week as I take them as a sign i need to regroup with myself. I don't believe she suffers as much as she goes on. I definitely think she milks MH and I don't say that lightly.

I think she’d trying to target MH & Wellness as she’s running out of options to be fair .
I put a million euros on it that her and the mate zen jen are going to do some business together or classes and that could be what she is building up to with the "MH" issues. "An Anxiety Retreat"

Fifteen YEARS of this? Six weeks in St Pat’s and intensive work in understanding anxiety disorder would sort her out once and for all. Her statement that she’ll ‘always’ have to deal with this is bull. Whoever she’s seeing, GP and therapist, is clearly useless and obviously happy to continue taking her cash with zero results.
She’s either confusing normal feelings of anxiety/being overwhelmed with a disorder or else she’s happy to fling good money after bad on ridiculous fluff (incense, crystals) for the Gram.
Feeling overwhelmed and anxious is a perfectly normal human reaction.
It’s only when it stops you living life that it’s a problem. I’m not sure she knows the difference and if she really wants to squash it once and for all, or she’d prefer to bang on about it.

Agreed.
Unfortunately, like many of us, mental health has knocked on our doors.
Grace needs a kick in the hole.
And needs a few nights in StPats in a secure ward. Cause the way she talks, she needs it. If her GP gave a tit, and the way Grace goes on about constant panic attacks she has etc, then she should be admitted, she could actually self admit.
More effective than a €10 outer body experience.

Does anyone know where the kids are? I actually do agree with someone who commented on this thread that I don’t feel grace is in a right frame of mind to have those children in her care. She seems to only suffer when the kids are around and she just doesn’t seem to be in the real world at all.

Being a grown up Witt responsibilities is hard and challenging but we all get on and make do.. I reckon she was probably just spoiled as a kid, a teenager, Dad passed when she was young so her family have probably made excuses for her behaviour over the years. I reckon she just has never had to look after herself properly and now with kids it’s all out of control. Sad though but I think we all know those people.... most just don’t live their lives on the gram for us all to see.
I had a friend who sadly I had to cut out of my life a few years ago for my own sanity. Kinda like Grace in a way, never took responsibility for anything. Before I had kids I ended up taking her child most weekends. She suffered from everything under the sun. It just got too much and I had to say goodbye. Still in contact with her sisters who say she’s still the same just a mess really.

I don’t know, I think she is clinging on to this mental health thing because she’s getting nothing but questions/abuse about how bad her content is in every other way and her freebies and job opportunities are drying up. I’m a mum of 2, I wish I could take to my bed or have “me time” as often as Grace. And I had/have an actual excuse for it...I had a stillbirth last year and after a day of being in bed from the physical and mental trauma I was up doing the washing and minding my two kids etc. (My Mam stayed with us for a week and did help a lot but I never stayed in bed) And I was up doing school runs, shopping etc after a week, then I went back to work full time after 3 months. Don’t get me wrong, there were days and even weeks that I did the minimum but the kids were always fed, clean and happy and the dinner was made. You just have to drag yourself up off the floor and do it when you have kids...even though you’d rather have a MH day. Parents need a little time away, that’s fine but she’s only had H for at least a week before her holiday. The fact that she has all these meals sent, pr drops from supermarkets etc and then sends her washing out to be done for nothing just pisses me off, what could she possibly do the rest of the day? If she really is suffering, I’d beg her family or friends that are reading to send her to a different doctor/therapist because she has no skills to help her and whoever is looking after her care now is a charlatan. She needs medical attention before she can do all the meditation and zen stuff...and she needs to put the phone down. She’s clearly overwhelmed with adulthood, someone needs to get her to start a routine of a day in the life. And then she can sort her content, her weight, her finances or whatever else she needs to sort.
I hope you are ok . You sound like an amazing mam xx
