Interested in this too
I was given one for Christmas and the first night, it felt weird, like it was far too heavy over my normal duvet, but it definitely feels lovely and warm now and you get used to the extra weight. I had no issues with falling asleep or anxiety (except for Sunday night scaries haha) but it’s a much cheaper alternative than heating your bedroom or house all winter.

She looks like she’s in good form this evening - she actually looks bright eyed and the makeup look was really nice.

Oh so it goes over the duvet? I wasnt sure whether it goes over a duvet or is used instead of a duvet. I had been thinking of getting one as I am very restless at night. Is it easy to change position eg move from back to side or stomach? While I want to reduce restlessness I dont think I could stay in one position the entire night either 😂

When you try to lift the blanket as one, it feels very heavy but you only have a certain amount of weight on you at any time so doesn’t feel heavy at all. You can put a duvet cover on it and just use it as your duvet. As for moving about, it doesn’t restrict your movements at all

She's defs the type of head owner who pretends not to see their dog shitting on a walk, and leaves it when no one is there to see her 🙄

You would think she could afford a little coat for the pup. Poor thing out in the rain and probably back home and into the crate for the night.

That’s what I wanted to post too / that puppy should have a coat

Has she removed the ability to message on her stories ? On Instagram or is it just me ?

The message box has gone ?

Tbf , puppies grow so quick , a coat would be wasted. They actually don't need big walks that young

Regarding the weighted blanket;
The deep pressure gives a sensory input akin to that of a hug to release serotonin, the pressure input can also be used to calm a nervous user, focus a de-regulated user or aid sleep.
I’m a play therapist and regularly use these in my practice. I also have some of the €35 ones from Mr. Price to pass to parents if they are struggling to see the benefits of the much more expensive ones.

Dogs don’t need coats. I’ve never put a coat on any dog here. We dry them off if we walk in the rain.

My daughter got a weighted blanket for Christmas she would be an anxious child. The difference in her sleep is unbelievable. Mind you it’s one part we do positive affirmations and a grateful journal before sleep so that helps a lot. She’s 13 btw

It is nice to see people complementing Grace here when she actually does something well. It just goes to show that people are genuinely frustrated and baffled by her usual lack of effort and stupid crap she does.
