Im not going to articulate this properly but I'll try.
I think the lines have been blurred on instagram and what they initially were is long since gone. Its almost a popularity contest now and any integrity that was there is no longer.
I find it a deceptive platform. Now I will admit I am not a huge user, I follow less than 80 accounts and the business ones I follow are just that business accounts. I know what im getting, take for example I follow a paint account. Its a business and they are advising people yet being very clear about their loyalty to their brand and the brands they stock. Where as when you look at lets say Graces account, this week frozen peas are all the rage and next week its pizza. There is no transparency anymore. No accountability.
I find as soon as accounts become bigger you loose that "thing" that made you follow to begin with. Its all adds, its all lies and most of all its blowing smoke up their own a.

When this all began and the likes of Grace, Peppard(hahaha, my phone auto corrected Pippa to this ) So Sue Me etc would recommend a new make up item, palette, skincare product, I'd be straight off looking it up, seeing if it suited me and probably finding somewhere to purchase it. There was no "Swipe up for AF link", it was literally just them recommending a product that they have used and loved. They would now all sell their first born for good content. Promoting ridiculous stuff (Grace!!) And as someone said above, selling themselves to the highest bidder.
I put a post up here about that Nuud deodorant a while after Grace had shown it and said what a game changer it had been for me and people said they were ordering it off my feedback (little old me who is not known by anybody here) and people trusted my word more than hers, that is how it gone. Id be more likely to not buy something after seeing an influencer pushing it

Surely she knows she doesn't have it in her to be a midwife? One thing getting through the course and workload, another thing actually having to work long hours and night shifts

Grace's problems with Instagram started when rules and regulations came in and they were suppose to abide by them and state whether something was an ad, gift, sponsored etc.....and when places like this existed to call out shoddiness and deception.
Basically she couldn't do/say what she liked and have no repercussions.

I love how somebody asked her how her anxiety was and said there's had flared up really badly and she Just spoke about herself and never said anything nice or reassuting to the person that asked the question who clearly stated they were struggling!!

I was coming on to say the exact same thing. Once again she missed the mark. Like she’s had plenty of time and a chance there to self reflect or have a word with PR or management and think about how to address the criticism she’s receiving. In a genuine and honest way. I think if she even started to do that people might relate to her again and maybe even help her following. Rather than the “oh I’m a really nice person but everyone is so mean to me” victim card.

1. Photoshopping - address it and stop doing it
2. Covid flouting - again apologise and admit it was wrong on the number of times - including the recenr dog purchase
3. Lack of follow through
4. Excessive use of “mental health and anxiety” as an excuses
5. Lack of follow through - diets/fitness/ healings / fads/ MUA wrx
6. Greediness / freebies and lack of brand loyalty or authenticity.
7. Laziness.

Seems like she has a personality disorder to me. Absolutely no insight into the effects of her own behaviour and issues and too narcissistic to want to apologise or atone for what she does wrong.
